Everything was good. Our waiter was okay... a bit lagging on several aspects. Cool place with a cool vibe.

Hey!

I coordinated our annual work holiday party this year (2025) and booked the entire restaurant for a closed-door private event. We had almost 80 people in attendance and we had an absolute blast of a time. I think it’s easy to state that this was our most-enjoyed holiday party to date!

The event was coordinated very well by the event coordinator and also by the managers on site for the event. We had ample food, tasty drinks, plenty of space, and even an arcade for our guests to enjoy during the time. The televisions up on the walls had several channels playing (sport, Holiday movies, etc…) and the music was a great ambience for the event. There was a ton of space, which was all tastefully decorated, and we felt like we were special guests at a nice party.

We really appreciated all of the efforts and time that went into making our event so great. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!

I wanted to also mention the staff by name (I got approval and names written down):
Thank you to the managers (Corraine and Sadie), thank you to the Bar staff (Carlos, Tavo, Ian), and thank you to the servers (Bryan, Julia, Anthony, Jonah). And last but not least, thank you to the chef, Chef Tee, for the abundance and quality of food provided!

The place is noisy, food was average and costly.

Pricey for what you get. After all it is just basically a bar. What irritated me is the 5% added (optional if you request it to be removed - that would be uncomfortable to ask for) to help with cost of living. Just add it to your prices. This is just another stealth charge. Sorry but this kind of approach to gouging customers just turns me off. Last time I will be visiting. Charge what you have to charge and pay your staff a living wage. If you can’t do that from the prices you are charging then you have an issue.

I ordered the braised short ribs and was served a lump of charcoal with barely cooked vegetables. However, they didn't charge me for it. My friend shared her delicious steak salad with me. It was perfect. So, one foul, and one home run. I will try again.

I order here takeout here often (at least a couple times a month). I always get the fish and chips with 1 extra tartar sauce because they have the best tartar sauce I've ever had. They also have the best fish and chips I've ever had.

Today, my order was not ready upon arrival/was not processed. The manager on duty handled the situation perfectly and professionally, and I am happy knowing I will continue to support this restaurant and their amazing team. Thank you to the manager on duty today! You've secured a customer for life!

We went there for weekend brunch and had the best steak and eggs that we've ever had. The service was great and the atmosphere is fun. Highly recommend!

The potatoes were excessively salty that I couldn't finish them, but the atmosphere was fine.

First time for us there.

I was surprised how affordable it was given the fact that it is in Carmel Valley.

Me and my daughter loved it.
The food was good
The service was good
And the setup was great, with indoor and outdoor seating.

Cool place, lots of TVs to watch the games. Food was good and service was great. The young new waitress was awesome. I wish it was closer to home.

Great food, amazing desserts. They fixed the only (fairly petty) issue they had, which I considered a big deal but it was based on amount given not quality, and they appear to have fixed the issue. Its always an issue to size appropriately and keep it consistent. I recommend this restaurant.

Pacific Social is a gem!

The drink selection is impressive, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. But what really shines is the food - the Nashville hot chicken is a must-try, with its perfect balance of spice and flavor. The asparagus fries are a delightful twist on a classic favorite, and the lamb chops are tender and juicy. The wings are also a highlight, with a variety of sauces to choose from. While the menu is largely geared towards meat-lovers, there's something for everyone. If you're looking for a great spot to grab a drink and enjoy some delicious food, Pacific Social is definitely worth a visit!
