Don’t eat here. Grabbed a quick bite when I landed that gave me a horrible stomach bug that lasted all weekend. Almost ruined my trip.Also the breakfast sandwich was $16 and bland.

Shame on this store. Service is a 0. I am traveling from another state because my daughter has a surgery and she is on special diet. I stop here to ask for a cup of hot water and the employee told me that I have to pay $4.50 for it.I can believe this. No idea why this place charge for water but I can tell that I will never stop here to get anything.

What in the hill Billy, trailer trash food is this. So sad SD, or SAN your food is horrible, San Diego rather serve hobo cardboard on a platter because they are so ashamed of themselves knowingly right across that white picket fence you can get the best dining hands down served for half the price and top notch quality….??

Xmas Eve night mare at Pacifica breeze Cafe at SANThe waitress was rude. She told me "I give you 10 minutes we are closing". I hadn't even started sipping on my IPA Draft beer which cost me approx $12 B4 taxAll of sudden started screaming at me get out you can't take your drink out, get out now or I will call the police. Tried to reason with her please next time give your customers enough time warning cause I don't want to just pour out my drink. But am leaving as fast as I can. I had my coffee mug, with tea latte which she accidentally knocked over and creamy tea was everywhere. I asked for a to go cups for my water She told me that wasn't allowed so I said fine how about water? She gave that Then she grabbed my beer glass and walked off with it to call the manager to get me out . All in in a span of less 10 minutes Clearly she has no PR acumen. The manager a young looking guy came in soon after didn't know any better thought more polite.All I was doing is sitting in comfortable place to have a nice dinner while waiting for my ride. The sandwich left a lot to be desired

customer service overall is terrible, the older woman behind the bar thought it was cute to yell at me about a straw. I ordered online, a single coffee & waited over an hour as I watched everyone be served before me after coming in after me. Tried to get the one waitress attention the entire time as I watched her ignore & be rude to anyone trying to ask for help. Both staff members were rude to multiple people for no reason. Also never got my coffee or refund I gave up haha

No respect from this place, bartender thought he owned the place. Waiting for 10 min for someone to take my order as they said they would. Went to bartender and asked him why he has not taken my order, his response I am only one there, and my response, but cleaning and moving things around was more important than serving a customer. So he left to other side to clean and again asked him was he going to take my order, his response was that he can refuse service to me or anyone. Called manager, his response was what do you want me to do? Just take my order, please. Manger response, scan the code and place order. Sat down and wrote this experience in San Diego, that’s is not how it’s done anywhere. Good thing you do not have to leave TIP (to ensure proper service)

Got yelled out for pushing two tables together when they were half empty….decided not to eat there…not many choices in this portion of the airport so decided to go back for a to go coffee and was ignored….horrible

Wanted to grab to go food before catching a bus to Mexico. Waited 15 minutes for bartender to even look at us. When I asked for assistance, she snapped, “I have to serve the bar first”. Waited…no service. I left. Why have a To Go counter if no one is going to help. Lost my money to another restaurant.

Absolutely horrible! Waited forever in the to go line. Nobody comes to take your order. Asked two bartenders if we can get our sandwich. They had completely ignored us. Then said they had to serve all the bar customers first. Don’t have a to go counter if you aren’t going to staff it! Found better food nearby. Came back and saw 4 people waiting again with no service. Told them to leave as no one would serve them so they all left. Think of how much revenue this business is just ignoring!!
