the girl taking orders was in such a bad mood. i can understand customer service jobs can be stressful but there was only 3 people in line. my friend and i came in 30 min before closing. when i tried to order shrimp she quickly snapped and said they were out. i felt rushed to pick something else and she sloppily cut up my chicken. she closed my plate roughly and rudely yelled “next” even though my friend was in front if the line waiting to order already. the guy who checked me out was very nice and apologetic. he offered me shrimp because he overheard that i wanted some. the girl quickly snapped again and told him not to offer me any because “theyre closing” 30 MINUTES BEFORE 9 ??? he still offered it to me but she made me really uncomfortable i just wanted to get out of there. she was being unnecessarily rude. it’s not the customers fault you hate your job.

Hey Alex,
I understand the person before us was being difficult — asking for samples and being particular about the chicken. But I didn’t do anything wrong. I waited patiently and even tried to speak to you, but you ignored me and looked at me like you were annoyed, which made me feel really uncomfortable.
I hope it was just a bad moment, not how you usually treat customers.(7/2/2025, 3pm)

I was excited to have panda today, don’t get me wrong the food was good but the cashier(Valeria) was really disrespectful. I felt avoided, and she was making faces when I was at the register. Once the order was paid she didn’t hang me my food right away until I had to ask for it.

My two children ate at this location yesterday and were subsequently ill from food poisoning symptoms. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
Online orders only at this location.
The irl ordering line never progresses because they prioritize app-orders. Like my food will be made and ready and I’ll be waiting to pay for 5 minutes while they pack 5-10 online orders ahead of me.
Still great value, but you need to be ordering on the app or you will have a bad experience here.
The area is clean and easy to find seating to eat very fast service
The food wasn’t fresh and Got mushroom chicken but it was only mushroom! 😂

Horrible experience today December the 2th around 3:30pm. The girl that was taking our order was very rude! She was bodered just to hear what we wanted. She was ignoring and making faces, leaving us while we were telling her what we wanted. Horrible customer service from her...

Not the best service. I was with my son who really wanted some chow mein. The line was very long and it was 99 degrees outside with the AC not really working inside the food court. I’m 9months pregnant. When it was our turn, the lady, turned around and ignored us. We finally ordered our chow mein and waited for our turn at the register. A lady cut us in line and asked for a soda. The man at the register didn’t ask me if it was ok with him helping her first but agreed to it with no consideration for us. I asked him if we could please just pay for our chow mein since I’ve been standing and waiting in line for a very long time. The customers behind me were still ordering their food so he could have easily helped me first and taken her after. But instead, he looked at her and said “it’s ok with me if I help you first.” I understand this is a young man with no experience being pregnant but just some basic etiquette would be expected. I wondered if it was because she was white or because he wanted to control who goes first but I didn’t appreciate the service. Won’t be coming back.

Rude employees and poor customer service at Panda Express UTC, I asked for a water which they didn't give me, food was lukewarm. The crew should definitely be re-trained on customer service and hospitality.

come here twice recently, food was fine both times but tonight's crew is iffy. First guy tried to give me rice instead of chow mein, 2nd guy tried to give me someone else's order, cashier repeated back "2 chili sauce and 1 soy?" to my request for one chili and 4 soy.
