The lady on the phone said “maybe” the manager will remake my bowl again after they “forgot” to add chow mein to it. MaYBE. I was super chill too not sure why she is such a weird person. Then they said they could do chow mein on the side and I asked if they could have it ready for when I got it back there and she said no bc it would get cold. Make it make sense. She just didn’t care about customer service at all. Ended up getting the whole bowl remade but I definitely didn’t feel comfortable. And eating the food made me realize I don’t even like Panda Express anyways it’s lowkey gross and I always feel sick after a couple bites.

Oscar, who I assume is a manager of some sort because he wears a black shirt, is really just a miserable person to interact with. I know that it must be hard to contain your pride when you've succeeded so much in life, but you should really try to be a little friendly, or at the very least not outright blatantly condescending and cold to the customers. I always try to be really nice to the people who work in places like this, I know they don't get paid enough, but that's no excuse for acting like that. If the other employees acted like Oscar I would never step foot in that place again. He's the kind of guy that acts like everyone around him is dumb. I really hope he doesn't treat the other employees like he treats the customers.

Gerald the gentleman in front serving the food, it’s been a good 3 times now he serves your plate and sides very very small portions In addition paid for honey walnut shrimp and only put 3 shrimps .

I come here because it's probably the cleanest panda around, but they never have the veggies ready. They make them fresh for me, though, so it works out.
The customer service from Maria was the worst, at the first 3 words she was rolling her eyes and doing disgusting facial expressions to my husband, a friend and me, when she noticed that we were talking in spanish between us.
Besides this we completed our order to go and left the place, just to find out 15 minutes that the food didnt taste good, the rice was overcooked dry, and the orange chicken was hard to chew, it was a waste of money to have to throw away 1 entree and 1 side from my bigger plate order.
Is sad that I cant do 0/5 stars because is what it deserves
