I go here semi-regularly and the customer service is never good. Recently while there for breakfast, a worker offered the person next to me free food because they accidentally made extra. Instead of acknowledging me she just looked at me and walked off. Mind you I didn’t want anything to eat but it’s the principle. If you’re gonna give someone something for free, it’s bad manners to not offer the people who witnessed that something as well. The whole situation just rubbed me wrong. I love Panera but this one has horrid customer service.

We had a disappointing experience with the server, who was reluctant to give us the food that was already prepared and displayed a poor attitude. Her behavior did not seem suitable for someone working in a restaurant.

Aug 30 at 6pm. I arrived about 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Since my order wasn’t on the pickup shelf, I waited at the counter, assuming it might be kept behind. After about 10 minutes, while the server seemed busy, I asked if one of the bags there was my order. She told me she was busy and asked me to wait. Another 10 minutes later, she finally handed me the bag—which had been sitting there the entire time since I arrived—and then commented that I wasn’t patient enough

The service attitude of the staff preparing the meal was very poor. There were two coffees missing from our meal. I politely informed the service staff, but she turned her back to me and did not reply. She turned around and took it and put it directly on the table. She didn’t look at me and didn‘t say sorry, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

The food was just like any other Panera store. The service was not as good. Not sure who the short woman was in relation to the store but she was not very friendly at all. If you don’t like your job, or are not nice to costumers don’t work in customer service. She wouldn’t let the other employees give us a cup and wanted to charge for the cup. I’ve never encountered something like this in any store before.

Extremely rude and Unprofessional staff, I asked politely about my coffee order to add a sandwich the cashier started yelling at me this location treats any customer with the slip club membership like dogs.

We came in around 8:30 PM where there pastry inventory was understandably low, we wanted to order a dozen cookies but they only had one left. They kindly let us know they could make some fresh ones for us and we gratefully said yes!! Thank you for the awesome service we will be back more often!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was truly frustrating. When I asked for help, the staff ignored my request and showed no willingness to assist. My order was incomplete—missing both food items and a drink—and to make things worse, I wasn’t even given a receipt. It felt like they didn’t care about customer service at all. I expect better accountability and respect when I pay for a meal.

Generally a review of the chain but this location meets their standards.
I haven’t been to Panera in a few years. There have defenitly been times where the food quality took a major dip but it feels to have taken up uptick again. The sandwiches are still great and the Mac and cheese was pretty tasty. Only complaint was they don’t have soup in the morning and honestly it isn’t Panera without broccoli cheddar.
Also I missed the charged lemonades, but I can begrudgingly understand why they no longer have. Them …..bring them back please….i will sign a waiver

In this location It’s kinda awkward that you need a password for the bathroom.

This is my favorite panera hands down; atmosphere is good, quiet and calm with all customers minding their own and keeping to themselves at their own tables. The service is also top tier with everyone having an easy going and relaxed attitude. The restaurant is kept clean and pristine. The food is also very good and kept up to the right standards. I keep coming back to this Panera as I love the environment and food.
