I came back after having the best sandwich of my life there. Can't recall the name of the employee, but it was a young black girl working in the early morning. That was the BEST chicken sandwich I have ever had, BIG shoutout to you❤️ THANK YOU! That sandwich made my whole day!
However, I went back today expecting the same item quality and I had a sandwich with barely any sauce, weird pieces of chicken (not shredded, but the funky parts of it), barely any veggies, barely any content inside. Guys, I'm paying almost $15 for a sandwich so I expect a decent sandwich😭

She gave me excellent recommendations for soups and meals, and even told me about available discounts using my phone number. I'll definitely come back here when I return. I really recommend 100/100!

My favorite Panerea Bread location at San Diego. I do not regularly right reviews, but I felt eager to write one.
The staff are INCREDIBLY nice! I have been a regular for the past few weeks, but they definitely go a step beyond if you have an unusual request.
This Panera bread is also a lot cleaner than other ones I've been to, especially after the various rush of orders they go through.

I go here semi-regularly and the customer service is never good. Recently while there for breakfast, a worker offered the person next to me free food because they accidentally made extra. Instead of acknowledging me she just looked at me and walked off. Mind you I didn’t want anything to eat but it’s the principle. If you’re gonna give someone something for free, it’s bad manners to not offer the people who witnessed that something as well. The whole situation just rubbed me wrong. I love Panera but this one has horrid customer service.

We had a disappointing experience with the server, who was reluctant to give us the food that was already prepared and displayed a poor attitude. Her behavior did not seem suitable for someone working in a restaurant.

Aug 30 at 6pm. I arrived about 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Since my order wasn’t on the pickup shelf, I waited at the counter, assuming it might be kept behind. After about 10 minutes, while the server seemed busy, I asked if one of the bags there was my order. She told me she was busy and asked me to wait. Another 10 minutes later, she finally handed me the bag—which had been sitting there the entire time since I arrived—and then commented that I wasn’t patient enough
The service attitude of the staff preparing the meal was very poor. There were two coffees missing from our meal. I politely informed the service staff, but she turned her back to me and did not reply. She turned around and took it and put it directly on the table. She didn’t look at me and didn‘t say sorry, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

The food was just like any other Panera store. The service was not as good. Not sure who the short woman was in relation to the store but she was not very friendly at all. If you don’t like your job, or are not nice to costumers don’t work in customer service. She wouldn’t let the other employees give us a cup and wanted to charge for the cup. I’ve never encountered something like this in any store before.

We came in around 8:30 PM where there pastry inventory was understandably low, we wanted to order a dozen cookies but they only had one left. They kindly let us know they could make some fresh ones for us and we gratefully said yes!! Thank you for the awesome service we will be back more often!
