Updating my review. Bagel is stale

Unfortunate to see classic places like Panera going down hill. The restroom at this restaurant was one of the most disgusting I've ever seen. Desperately needing a full cleanse.

Every time I go to panera bread, I order a toasted bagel with.Butter. five minutes later, they call me the bagels ready.And they hand me a toasted bagel.That's now cold along with frozen butter packages to butter.My bagel. Seems to me.They could teach somebody to butter the bagel while it's hot in the back instead of having these little packages of butter that are sitting in a tray of ice.

How are you always sold out of the egg soufflé? Like it’s 8:30? Make more? It’s been like this for years I’ve been watching this business circle the drain. The only good thing left is the soufflé and y’all literally can order your back stock correctly so I’m out!

I reduced 1 star on food because the menu had changed eliminating my favorite foods. I eliminated 1 star on service because they no longer bring your food to your table. Instead you get a buzzer that tells you when your food is ready and you have to walk up to the counter to pick it up.

For some reason after drinking their ginger ale, I would get bad belly ache or bug.

Panera does what it does well. It's stuff you can make that's priced like someone else made it. I, personally, value space to plug up my laptop and work where I don't have to make my own coffee or lunch.

This particular location is consistently unprofessional. From loud bickering between staff to unnecessary confrontations with people who come in and around the location, I'm nearly always treated to a messy show. I'd love to see that fixed.

CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP - NOT WORTH IT!

Product and service aren’t worth $100+ membership for! Their greens (arugula) are never fresh - always mixed with wilted or yellow leaves. Ordered a salad, sandwich, and the new croissant sandwich on three different occasions and ALL GREENS were either rotting or yellow. One associate replaced the salad and sandwich with wilted greens in it but the other associate (or manager - male, average height with braces) reasoned “it’s just how arugula is” when I showed him the sandwich with wilted and yellow leaves in it. And then said “I mean, I could take it if you don’t want it.” He made it sound like I tried to get a replacement whereas I brought it to his attention untouched. Definitely not the product nor service worth paying for.

Pleasant staff, appetizing pastry and bread options, tasty entrees and snacks.

Expensive . Coffee is very expensive

I think this place is a bit overpriced for mediocre food. I ordered the You Pick 2 combo and my lunch of a chili soup and a sparse Green Goddess salad was $20!

I got water since I didn't want to spend any more money on an ok tasting lunch.

Breakfast menu available until 10:30 AM on weekdays! It's available until 11:30 AM on weekdays! Try the soufles! DELICIOUS! 😋

Ebony is absolutely amazing!!! Ebony is probably the best employee there, she is helpful, very sweet and goes above and beyond!!! I will definitely keep coming here as along as she here and my 400,000 followers will know how great this store is and how great she is.... ❤️🤗
