I received a coupon for a free medium cheese pizza from the Papa John's Murphy Canyon store. I've only had Papa John's pizza once and that was maybe 35 years ago, so I thought I'd give it a try. The young man who was working there was very pleasant, greeted me and told me it would help about 15 minutes. I left, then came back after 15 minutes. He said it was in the oven and would be maybe another 2 minutes. A few minutes later, he handed me the pizza and I took it home. Thank God I didn't pay for this pizza. Because it was nothing but dough. There was a little bit of sauce and then a little bit of cheese on it, but it was mostly dough that was slightly undercooked for my taste. So I definitely will not be going back to Papa John's. I give it a 1 out of 5 for the quality of the pizza, but give it a 5 out of 5 for the service.

Food was good. Took a little longer but I think there was only 1 employee at the time so understandable. Smelled a little funky inside store.
The person answering the phone told me that they couldnt delay my order and it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I wasnt available to pick it up for another 40 mins. Is it really that hard to delay making the pizza for 20 mins? I worked at a pizza shop as a kid, its not.

It really really is unfortunate because I love Papa John’s pizza, but this location does not wear gloves. I saw the person making the food go directly from the toppings to the cash register without even so much as to put hand sanitizer on. I think this is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary if I were you, I would not go to this location
