Terrible, terrible service. My mother went to Peet’s to get a cup of coffee, and the person taking her order was very disrespectful and rude. She decided to leave and go somewhere else instead of dealing with that behavior. Shockingly, the same person—whether a manager or cashier—followed her to Jack in the Box, told her she wouldn’t be served, and even called the police on her. He also took a picture of my mother, which is both creepy and completely unacceptable. This experience has me questioning whether my mother was treated this way because she wears a hijab. If this is how Peet’s treats its customers, I don’t think anyone should support them.
Latte was good, ordered a muffin and they have NO microwave so muffins are all sold cold from the fridge.

Thirty people in line and only one employee who slowly takes one order at a time and then she has to prepare it before next order. This coffeeshop is complete joke. I'll never shop at Peet's ever again.

Stopped by quickly on Sunday before heading to my flight, just wanted to grab a bottle of water.
Unfortunately, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. I stood in line for about 5 minutes without so much as a “hello” or any acknowledgment. Ironically, they were talking about how seriously staff at other coffee shops take their jobs — maybe they should take a note from them.
In that time, not a single customer was helped. I ended up leaving the water and walking out, still without a word from anyone. Disappointing experience, especially when you’re in a hurry.
The short lady who works the cash register is so freaking cranky!!!!!

They are using an automatic touch screen machine to make espresso-based drinks in there, like a cheap hotel lobby or a gas station. Jail.
Worst service ever
Employees working the cash register were very rude.
Drip coffee is undrinkable even after 1/4 cup half n half. Gross.
A busy morning at the airport & the staff was friendly, efficient, and I appreciated their kindness!
