Stopped by quickly on Sunday before heading to my flight, just wanted to grab a bottle of water.
Unfortunately, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. I stood in line for about 5 minutes without so much as a “hello” or any acknowledgment. Ironically, they were talking about how seriously staff at other coffee shops take their jobs — maybe they should take a note from them.
In that time, not a single customer was helped. I ended up leaving the water and walking out, still without a word from anyone. Disappointing experience, especially when you’re in a hurry.
The short lady who works the cash register is so freaking cranky!!!!!
They are using an automatic touch screen machine to make espresso-based drinks in there, like a cheap hotel lobby or a gas station. Jail.
Worst service ever
Employees working the cash register were very rude.
Drip coffee is undrinkable even after 1/4 cup half n half. Gross.
A busy morning at the airport & the staff was friendly, efficient, and I appreciated their kindness!
During check out, the cashier was given a pack of Imodium by his friend and in response he said “you’re a life saver.” That clearly indicated he has something going on that he probably shouldn’t be at work interacting with people. He then proceeded to make my drink which promptly went into the trash to ensure I don’t get sick. Noro virus is running rampant right now; don’t appreciate someone who is clearly not feeling well preparing my food.
Southwest flight out to Ariona. No other food/drink options. We ended up at the bar (during Super Bowl). Peter is extremely rude. It definitely is NOT a welcoming atmosphere. The bar is dirty and needs a deep cleaning. Only plus was the football koozy they gave us with our drinks.
They don’t have certain things available because they’re lazy to make them. I had 4 people just chilling and they all asked each other if anyone made a certain drip coffee (on the menu) and they said no. So lame
Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered an iced vanilla latte and it genuinely tasted like milk and syrup only and was not drinkable. It was terrible. I was too afraid to ask them to fix it because they all seemed in a bad mood so I just took the $8 loss.
Waited forever for my $9.66 chai latte drink! The lady making the drinks couldn’t figure out what she made and whose it was ugh… she tried to “fix” it by throwing extra vanilla in there, but it tasted like water. It was awful… anyways I would definitely skip the spot maybe find a different coffee shop! Plus, the lady at the register was coughing up a storm, even though she didn’t have a face cover she should not be working at all
I had cappuccino only, quality was good compare to the Starbucks in the same terminal but very expensive.
Close to all bar, restaurants and gates
