Pho Nom is a restaurant with a beautiful, modern, and romantic interior, featuring a flower photo spot by the entrance. The menu is simple and focused, with their signature being a big bowl of pho soup. This giant bowl contains a lot of meat, including two big back ribs, slices of brisket, short ribs, and meatballs. The soup is boiled for 14 hours with 19 ingredients, making it flavorful, healing, and super clean. The meat is tender and falls apart from the bone. The food is exceptional, super flavorful, and comes out fast. Other dishes include classic and standard spring rolls, unique and delicious tea and fruit flavored cocktails, and dessert like sticky rice with mango sorbet. The service is fantastic, fast, professional, attentive, welcoming, and friendly. The staff works as a great team. The overall environment is nice, especially for a date, making it a great place to stop by for a wonderful pho experience.
