Authentic Italian cuisine with Southern CA vibes. CacioEPepe with polpette was a favorite. Try the Pinot Grigio rose' it has a fabulous apple bouquet!
Vegetable Pizza is amazing!! Gluten free:) Service was perfect, great cozy restaurant. I would return in a heart beat!
Chaos and mediocre food. We made a reservation and were seated in this strange part of the patio that felt claustrophobic. Both seats were right up against the wall of some sort of outdoor structure, which I thought was strange since the restaurant was half empty. Right after we sat down, the hostess came by and said another table “opened up” so we were seated there. It took a while, but eventually we were offered drinks. I did notice that a couple and their teenage son arrived after us but kept getting served before us. Eventually it started to drizzle, so the staff came by to move us, but only after they moved the other party and turned on the heat lamp for them. I thought this was a little odd: I mean shouldn’t you make sure all customers aren’t stuck sitting in the rain before worrying about a heat lamp? But fine, we were moved. They brought us back to the original table. I said we were seated there at first but it felt very uncomfortable and asked if we could sit at the next table instead. The server said those tables were “reserved” but we made a reservation too, so it didn’t seem to make sense. She walked away and came back 10 seconds later saying they could “move some things around” to seat us there. We assumed the issue was that we were two people seated at a 4 top, but then they sat two more couples at 4 tops right next to us. Nothing made sense. The food arrived right after and wasn’t good. For the price and the fact that this restaurant is in a trendy neighborhood in a major city in CA, I expected more. The ambience was nice, but not being treated well and the low quality food for such a premium cost would make me not want to return.

Loved this restaurant. The service was great from the start. I have a gluten allergy and the server was able to tell me all my options and what the chef could do for me to accommodate my allergy. He was very knowledgeable on my allergy, which made me feel very safe to eat here. The food was outstanding. I had the calamari and a gluten-free pizza. I'm definitely going to be a return customer as it's so hard to find authentic food that has gluten-free options. My spouse also had lobster ravioli that he said was fantastic. Can't wait to come back.

I love this place! We had a party of 9 and everyone loved their food. With 9 people they were able to bring everyone's food at the same time. Amazing. The service was impeccable and they are really nice here.
We throughly enjoyed our dining experience and we will be back. We had Barata appetizer followed by Caesar salad. Then we tried the lasagna and lamb ragu pasta dish. Everything was very tasty and delicious!
I'm not sure why pickled not salted anchovies are served w cesar salad and pesto was a bit soupy. Branzino was dry volcano was good
It was a Tuesday that we came and dined in at another pet friendly restaurant. We came early dinner as well around 4:30pm so it was still Happy Hour Time till 6pm. Their HH menu was pretty good. I love the clams dish so we ended up ordering 2 of those. We sat outdoors at the cozy patio plus heaters so wasn’t too cold. Staffs were very nice, very attentive. We love the restaurant Xmas decorations. Very spacious, it was front and back seatings. There was a private section with bar in the back for business event, birthday, ect…. Free parking long the streets. It’s can be difficult if you come at a later time. We came early so we didn’t have any problem finding a parking spot.

The best pizza I've had in a long time. I typically avoid gluten but this pizza didn't bother me at all. They mentioned using Italian flour and I think that's the difference. They do also offer gluten free. Felt very authentic Italian. Fabulous service
