The people work this is nice the food is really good but when I asked them for no carrots, onions and scallions but when I pick it up and when I got home all of it was on it!!!! This shit is a waste of time!!!!

I hate to give negative reviews, but this one is just unavoidable.
A take-out order of chicken chow mein was quite possibly the worst I've ever eaten. Upon opening the container, one could clearly see two different colors of noodles. The darker noodles had some flavor, but the lighter colored noodles had almost no flavor. Even worse, the lighter noodles had the texture of overcooked, soggy spaghetti.

With how much you pay for the family pack you think they would fill up the entrees more and have better quality food. Was barely half filled in the party tray. The only ones that were decently packed was the fried rice and white rice center. The meat was also extremely oversauced to cover up the quality of the meat itself. We basically threw away half of it because it was hard to stomach.
I recognize that pick up stix isn’t high end but they were so much better last time I visited so I’m super disappointed.

Watching the employees make the food in a very unsanitary way. Touching money and the register then touching the bottom on bowls filled with rice and stacking the bowls onto of rice in other bowls, after touching cash and not washing hands. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the person doing the unsanitary things was the manager. I would avoid this location!!!
