I'm usually a Domino's guy but this one time I happened to be in the shopping center and thought, why not. I don't have their app and I don't feel like doing the online thing so I figured I'd walk in.8 minutes later of me standing there while their phone is going off with no one in sight, I pretty much realized this place sucks and there is a reason why people talk bad about this location and Pizza Hut in general.Maybe they're short staffed...Maybe their workers were on bathroom breaks...Who knows, it's only 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. But I'm not gonna stick around to find out and next time, I'll just come after 5pm and order a real pizza from Cucina Caprese! Either way, I'm sticking with Domino's!

I want to chew give a shout out to Pizza Hut and to Tyler and a female manager. I can’t remember her name but me and my boyfriend go there often and they’re always so nice and so friendly and they’re just really helpful. The order is always perfect. Thank you so much, hopefully all your employees are just as great as these two thank you again

Josh and the whole crew do an excellent job every time. Can't ask for more. Always a good experience.HOWEVERToday Pizza Hut dropped the ball. I got a notification saying I get a free pizza and to tap to start my order. Chose my style and toppings, then upon submitting the order, the app choked and said "something went wrong, try again later." I tried again and again for 45 min, same failure.I dropped by and explained the problem and showed a worker the app error and he asked if I would like to order it directly. Yes, of course, so I gave him the order and then he tried to charge me over $20 for a free pizza. He didn't know what "free" meant.So I re-explained everything, and this time the app gave a new error: this store doesn't honor this coupon. So after an hour and getting the mysterious "something went wrong, please try again later" message, and then driving all the way to my nearest location, now it's not honored.Pizza Hut promised a free pizza and won't honor it after a lot of frustration. There's a term for this: unacceptable. Will I die without a free pizza? No. But it's annoying to be jerked around.

I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for years and have yet to be disappointed. Today the manager helped me and he was very friendly and helpful and I could tell he really cared about his job and employees it’s was nice to see. The pizza was honestly the best I’ve had in the last few months(was eating at other pizza places recently) and reminded me of why I always come back to this exact location. You really can’t mess with the hut!
