Horrible service incompetent manager an delivery guy went to the wrong place took an hour and half to get my order when he finally pull up pizza cold box smash up half open bread sticks hanging out side of box and dropping my condiments to the ground busting my sauce open very unprofessional first and last time coming here horrible service horrible customer service I kept calling and getting hung up on this place needs to be shut down

My easy pizza of choice. Went on a small staycation recently near my home town and thoroughly enjoyed what I got from them.
Went to order again while back at home thinking there was a Hut near me but unfortunately not and only realized it after placing the order.
Scrambled to find the option in the app to cancel it but couldn't. Had to look up the closest store to my previous delivery address, called them quickly and they were able to cancel it on their end ezpz.
The cancellation was reflected in my order history rather quick too. Thanks!

I was craving pizza and I wanted something warm and fast with my significant other. We were closer to this location and it was our first time visiting. Out of every Pizza Hut location I've had, this visit was the best. Many times I've picked up Pizza Hut from other locations, I was just given pizza that was warm. My visit here was great because the pizza was piping hot fresh out the oven. Although the service from staff was okay. I couldn't get their attention to order so I did a mobile pickup. I had to ring the bell a lot of times just to get their attention. The store is pretty small when entering but there is a huge parking lot.

Freak experience. Hard to explain 🤷🏼♂️🤔 My friend tried to order a pizza and I was picking it up. He said it sounded like the guy taking his order was playing a trick on him or wasn't going to complete his order. Just weird. So I called while I was on my way, someone answered and I told them we had an order and I was just double-checking she said hold on and then it hung up on me after a 10 minute wait. And someone's finally picked up after another 10 minutes. This was not a busy time this was it's about a half hour before it closed on a Tuesday. After a long while I finally found out that the order was placed and I could pick it up. When I got there. I opened the door and the place was empty there was no one in the reception area which was about as big as a small bathroom. I waited for about 5 minutes and then called the back area. After another 5 minutes somebody finally came. They were a friendly enough person that really strange.. I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on with all of this weirdness in just ordering a pizza both on the phone and when I got there just strange. When I left I just kept thinking and we were talking with my friend on the phone as I brought the pizza to them.. trying to figure it out.. later I just concluded that possibly they were smoking weed the whole time and we're really goofy. The pizza?... It was okay tasting. I'd loved the Pizza Hut deep dish pizza for decades,.. it's nothing at all close to what it used to be.

Excellent customer service at this location! This is what makes me a returning customer. Every employee that greets you is always polite and pleasant. Today the caller messed my order and Derek straightened it out! He is awesome and very polite! And btw they make the best pizzas!

My final price on my pizza was 36.44 including taxes and fees and Here we are 24 hours later I get a notification from my card saying they updated the price eight dollars they are still in your money. Do not go here.
