It’s a wonderful hole in the wall with AMAZING customer service. Super friendly and the bread I got was so warm. I got the beef Pho with the French bread and not gonna lie. They didn’t even let me sit down and they already had me the menu. It was just like a really great friendly place. You know sometimes you go places and they make you wait. They did not make me wait here. It was really great at the soup came out really fast. Everything was clean and delicious and...read full review
I love it really much 💞💞💞 and they are the best service for Vietnam restaurant. I hope people get to try out their food. ;)

Phở Hòa Restaurant | Vietnamese is a popular spot known for its authentic and tasty pho. Many visitors appreciate the friendly and polite staff, who often go out of their way to make customers feel welcome, even during closing hours. The restaurant offers quick service, with meals arriving promptly, and provides a cozy, authentic Vietnamese atmosphere. The menu primarily features various pho options, such as Pho no. 1 and Pho no. 4, with rich, flavorful broth and generous portions, especially for the small sizes. Some reviews mention that the broth could be more flavorful, but overall, the pho is considered good and satisfying.
Customers also enjoy the fresh basil and other herbs served with the dishes. The restaurant accepts cash and Zelle, but credit cards incur a processing fee. While some note that communication with servers can be challenging due to limited English, the staff's friendliness and attentiveness make up for it. Additional items like spring rolls and Vietnamese coffee are available, with the coffee served in a thermal bottle to keep it hot.
Parking is plentiful, as the restaurant is located in a shopping plaza, making it convenient for visitors. Despite some minor criticisms regarding flavor and communication, Phở Hòa Restaurant remains a favorite for many locals and visitors seeking affordable, authentic Vietnamese pho in San Diego.
