Very inviting/welcoming environment.An interesting selection of hot and cold drink options...reasonably priced in the $4-6 range.The store has lots of tea-making items including cups, spoons, steepers and...tea! They actually have a huge wall of a wide variety of teas...some interesting options including Butterbeer!I believe there is also a tea room you can reserve to host an event.

I have been a customer of Point Loma Tea for a few years now. Whenever I stop in at their location at Liberty Station, the customer service is always fantastic, and the selection is always wonderful. This particular time, I ordered my teas online, and not only were the prices fair for the teas, but the time it took to get here (2 days) was way better than I expected for a small business. I even received a thank you card in my box thanking me for my purchase. I highly recommend this business for anyone who enjoys loose leaf teas.

Very detailed and descriptive. First time and very educational at the to go. Then at the loose leaf section the same thing and very informative as well. They have books with ingredients and the staff there too are just above and beyond! Helped give me some tea for my son and I appreciate them all for being so patient and answering all my questions. This place is amazing and I'll be coming back at a regular customer. Place is cute and clean and busyyyyyyy!!!! A great place to buy a gift or enjoy a cup of tea. They have a wide assortment of loose leaf tea available for purchase and the staff is knowledgeable about the varieties and what you might like if you give them your preferred flavor profile! I found the perfect gift for a family member and was worried about shipping, they were able to get it to another state for me without issue. Will definitely be back when we need a tea restock!
10.29.2023: Visited California for my birthday and my boyfriend loves Honey from different states so we bought a 1.5oz Honey-Herbal infused mini (Wild Flower Honey-Plain). He has tasted it recently and says it tastes “really good”.

First I'll start off by saying this place is the cutest thing I've ever seen. I felt like Alice in wonderland with all the teas and the ambiance is lovely. It also smells delicious . Sherry the employee or owner was amazing. Super sweet and so welcoming. She will answer any question you have. Me and my bf ordered drinks , he ordered the Matcha Latte iced and I got the raspberry vanilla latte. I'm effin mind blown. So delicious. Definitely coming back. The tastes and amount of sweet is perfectly balance. The flavors come through beautifully. Thank you for making this experience so nice.
