Delicious tea and excellent customer experience. Our first time they guided us through selecting which teas to try as someone new to loose leaf tea and when we ordered more online they even sent an extra sample packet. Definitely earned a loyal customer! Butterbeer with brown sugar is our favorite tea ever.

I have been a customer of Point Loma Tea for a few years now. Whenever I stop in at their location at Liberty Station, the customer service is always fantastic, and the selection is always wonderful. This particular time, I ordered my teas online, and not only were the prices fair for the teas, but the time it took to get here (2 days) was way better than I expected for a small business. Very detailed and descriptive. First time and very educational at the to go. Then at the loose leaf section the same thing and very informative as well. They have books with ingredients and the staff there too are just above and beyond! Helped give me some tea for my son and I appreciate them all for being so patient and answering all my questions.
