Very fresh ingredients, fish and vegetables. Wonderfully helpful staff, cheerful even. A lot of options for protein, addons and sauces. I'd like to see options for tabiko, Wasabi, and pickled ginger. And it would be nice to get some spice. I had both spicy sauces available, and still thought it very mild. I had the salmon, tuna, and cali mix, and enjoyed it all with some brown rice and lettuce, and many of the possible addons. Some of my salmon was cut into large pieces or not cut through between pieces. Made it a bit hard to eat. Good place to do takeout from. I will definitely go back for that very fresh fish. They definitely live up to their tag line - good people, good heart, good ingredients.

This review is for either the north park location or this location both are amazing in service and quality of food. Anyways, if I am honest this is one of the more better poke chain spots and my reasons are -lower price for generous amount of everything especially protein choice -avocado is not an extra charge, there actually isn't much of anything that is an "extra charge" -they have custom drinks outside of their bottle ones that they offer -better quality food choices in my personal opinion. I can get the same size bowl, the same amount of protein, all the avocado I want and other items, and I would still be paying less at one half than I would at places like blue poke!! And the taste is just as great!! Poke one half is the best.

This was the absolute WORST dining experience I have ever had. I came in about 45 minutes before they closed, thinking it would be fine. They were pre-closing some food options, but I did not mind. The guy who was helping me rolled his eyes at me several times and was making his own bowl before mine. I asked for some extra sushi ginger and was given the look of death. I felt rushed and extremely uncomfortable, will never come here again, especially after spending $20 on one bowl that was mediocre at best.

I live in the neighborhood. I usually go to Tokyo. But, I really liked this place! I like how clean and simple and uncluttered the restaurant is. I like the sushi- it filled my craving. I like the opening special prices! I liked their friendly service. I like that my 3 young children had a great meal. All around great. I hope they do well and I would totally recommend coming here. We will come back

Extremely overpriced and not worth the slimy texture and long wait times. I went here a couple days ago while the long was extremely long, I didn't mind because it just seemed such a good place to try on campus. The workers threw in all the toppings in a messy way and mixed it in a couple seconds, barely having anything changed. The salmon was slimy and didn't taste fresh. I do like the environment, it's colourful and easy to walk to however I'd recommend a different place.

I wish I could give you a zero. When I opened my bowl, I found a hair in their food. I politely explained the situation to them and explained that I wanted a replacement. The Latina salesgirl not only threw away my bowl in a rude manner, but she was completely unapologetic. (They weren't busy at the time, it was just me and my boyfriend) and she didn't give me enough when she re-cooked it for me. When she reached for the fish, I reminded her that it was not your normal amount, but her response was "You deserve it." I was really shocked that what she was doing made me feel like I was being unreasonable. I am sorry that I have retained the evidence and will complain to the relevant authorities. Just wait.

This location is THE BEST. The staff knows how to scoop a bowl. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I've visited a few poki one n half and I've never been this happy with how it all tasted. This location is very clean and bright. Metered parking is nearby or in the parking garage. Not sure if they validate but grab a drink at Trader Joe's to get that taken care of.

At least once a week we're here!! Weather you Oder online, Through Yelp or go in, I've never had my order wrong! Food is always and I mean always fresh! The counter servers all nice and never grumpy even working at school. I like how cold it is in there and the art is sick! Thank you guys

Don't order online if you want to get what you ordered rather than whatever the person making the bowl feels like. 50% of the time we've ordered online, we get the wrong base. Several times we've gotten no sauce and other times just random toppings. Happened to us again today.

This is a fantastic place with delicious poke bowls. The fish is fresh, and the flavors are amazing. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere, and the staff is helpful. They present the bowls beautifully, and the portion sizes are satisfying. The service is excellent, and they accommodate dietary preferences. Overall, it's a great spot to enjoy tasty poke bowls.

Some of the best poke I've had here since it reminds me of the foodland poke in Hawaii. Super fresh fish and great toppings, I love how you can add however many you want.
