usually love poke, but after eating at the Fashion Valley location, I got very sick and had to go to the hospital. It was a horrible experience. Please be careful and make sure the food is fresh before eating there.

Reneli made my experience super awesome. She knew her stuff when I asked her questions about gluten free and had no problem changing her gloves. She made the whole situation awesome and seamless. If I could give her 6 stars I would.

I always have an enjoyable experience here. I have a hard time saying no to the extra calories but at the end of the day, its worth it. Get a poki bowl.

This is probably the most poorly run restaurant in SD. Truly the most middling to low quality food you could ever overpay for.

On top of the mid food, the service is atrocious. If you’re so miserable, please go work elsewhere. It’s probably the easiest job with the easiest customers, and the people in there manage to make you feel like a complete inconvenience. Won’t be shocked by the inevitable closing.

I absolutely love Poke N Half…. But I had a very disappointing experience at Poki N Half Fashion Valley. The staff members clearly didn’t seem like they wanted to be there — the service was very unfriendly from the start.

They initially placed my food on a tray, but as I was about to take it, the employee mumbled, “We don’t give trays anymore, wanna bag?!” I said no, and he just walked away without another word. I wasn’t even given a receipt — I had to tear it off the machine myself.

The food itself was just okay, nothing special. The guacamole looked very old and grey — I didn’t even ask for it, and honestly, it didn’t look appetizing at all. It looked like you could get sick just looking at it.

Overall, not a good experience. I won’t be eating here again and do not recommend it.

I ordered a poke bowl through DoorDash and specifically requested light sauce. When it arrived, it was absolutely swimming in sauce. It was so overloaded that everything was soggy and completely overpowered. Thinking maybe it was just a mistake, I gave them another chance and placed a second order — again asking for light sauce. Same exact result. Drenched. If customers are taking the time to leave specific instructions, they should at least be read. I basically paid twice for food I couldn’t eat. Extremely disappointing and a total waste of money.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I got food poisoning a couple hours after eating here. They should close this place down.

Unorganized rude employees that charge mi for regular big size bowls, when I requested small & kids bowl meals.. super unprofessional manager tha lie about me buying bowls somewhere else infront of big line of custumers & refused to credit me back my money. awful getto manager with no respect to clients.. i wiil go to my bank to try ti get my reimbursement. Please don't ever como to 1/2 poki one n half in fashion valley mall. P.s. all they stop working & try to back ech other lies.. like a gang. I feel sorry for upscale shoppers that come to the mall & experience thisntipe of behavior.

Doesn’t look clean or hygienic. The fish is on top and sticked to the frozen wall. I left to go to the other one I usually go too. The owners should really look into this. I was worried and avoided eating their to not get sick.

The fish had a fishy smell, and the vegetables were very stale, black, and rotten. When I took them back, the restaurant told me that rotten vegetables were normal and there was nothing they could do. They even asked me what I expected of them, without doing anything about it. My experience was extremely poor.

Asian women with tattoos serving the food very rude and disrespectful nasty attitude for no reason . If you don’t like your job don’t be rude to the guest. Move on . Lol

This place has such a potential, food is really good, but 17,50 for not even 10g of fish? Your basically eating rice with toppings, ingredients are good, but it’s sad when u want to eat something and it’s expensive and you don’t get what you want!

I literally never leave reviews but this was warranted. I went in around 1pm. Staff seemed to not be into it and they also could have just been having a slow day. I got a regular size with two scoops of spicy tuna and one regular tuna. When I saw the avocado it looked brown like it had been sitting out well past prep time. Overall the bowl wasn't horrible but it didnt taste fresh. Fast forward to this evening and it gave me food poisoning. I am not new to raw fish I just got done living in Japan for 4 years so raw fish was a weekly occurrence. Overall I would reccomend any other resturaunt in fashion valley over this establishment until they can reform the shop.
