Poki One N Half Fashion Valley

I literally never leave reviews but this was warranted. I went in around 1pm. Staff seemed to not be into it and they also could have just been having a slow day. I got a regular size with two scoops of spicy tuna and one regular tuna. When I saw the avocado it looked brown like it had been sitting out well past prep time. Overall the bowl wasn't horrible but it didnt taste fresh. Fast forward to this evening and it gave me food poisoning. I am not new to raw fish I just got done living in Japan for 4 years so raw fish was a weekly occurrence. Overall I would reccomend any other resturaunt in fashion valley over this establishment until they can reform the shop.

Unfriendly staff - they do not want to work. Three employees on duty just a bit before 7 pm. One cleaning in the kitchen, one wiping windows outside and a third behind the counter who didn't even bother to look up, greet, or take the orders of us or the people in front of us who had been waiting longer.

We left and went to the noodle place two doors down and were greeted and our order taken right away.

Whoever manages this Poke place - take notice - you need new employees or get the ones you have to actually do their work.

Great poke bowl. Almost rises to the level of Fob Poke Bowl in Seattle, the bowl that we have been chasing ever since 2018. We would definitely recommend the large. There is plenty of protein. It is so fresh.

The men who work here are absolutely the unfriendliest people you will ever meet. They act so annoyed that you’re even there and it feels so unwelcoming… One male employee even sneezed near the food!

Very friendly employee. Fish was super fresh. At first, I was a little worried that because it was at a mall that it would be a pain to get to, but parking was close, and it was right upstairs.

Horrible employee service and not fresh food. Also the girl preparing the bowl was not mixing the sauces and the whole staff just seemed over all just unhappy to be there. I ended up canceling my order and I got the meanest stare from the cashier! DONT GO THERE!!

DO NOT eat here. I got food poisoning after eating here the other day. Wished I had read the reviews because it’s true what others are saying. The fish was warm like room temp and definitely not as fresh as all the other Poki 1/2 locations I’ve trusted in the past! Service was also unacceptably slow. Placed a mobile order, waited 20 minutes after the pickup time, and they still hadn’t even started on it! This location is a mess and should be investigated by the health department. You can’t be lazy when dealing with raw seafood and it’s so dangerous that they are.

I went for a poki bowl tonight and the staff that was working was not necessarily friendly. And I understand when closing one might feel a bit drained. Point is, the couple in front of me were treated with quite a bit of disrespect and their server was really aggressive when talking to them. She then proceeded to yell at them “YOUR CARD DIDNT GO THROUGH!”, the man kindly returned to pay for their meal and asked for her to be more polite. She was definitely really rude and would not lower her voice when addressing him. I nearly left but I was really craving poki after a long day at work. Unfortunately the fish wasn’t at an ideal temperature (it was warm). But other than that I enjoyed my food, just not the service. (I didn’t get a name but she was what seemed to be a Pacific Islander with lash extensions) I hope this is helpful?

Terrible service the manager I’m assuming (wearing a black shirt) super rude!! ordered online and when I got there my order wasn’t ready the restaurant was empty they all had a very rude attitude I work at the mall I specter my food to be ready.

I went and ended up feeling sick a couple hours after consuming it. Puked it all up.
