The men who work here are absolutely the unfriendliest people you will ever meet. They act so annoyed that you’re even there and it feels so unwelcoming… One male employee even sneezed near the food!

Very friendly employee. Fish was super fresh. At first, I was a little worried that because it was at a mall that it would be a pain to get to, but parking was close, and it was right upstairs.

Horrible employee service and not fresh food. Also the girl preparing the bowl was not mixing the sauces and the whole staff just seemed over all just unhappy to be there. I ended up canceling my order and I got the meanest stare from the cashier! DONT GO THERE!!

DO NOT eat here. I got food poisoning after eating here the other day. Wished I had read the reviews because it’s true what others are saying. The fish was warm like room temp and definitely not as fresh as all the other Poki 1/2 locations I’ve trusted in the past! Service was also unacceptably slow. Placed a mobile order, waited 20 minutes after the pickup time, and they still hadn’t even started on it! This location is a mess and should be investigated by the health department. You can’t be lazy when dealing with raw seafood and it’s so dangerous that they are.

I went for a poki bowl tonight and the staff that was working was not necessarily friendly. And I understand when closing one might feel a bit drained. Point is, the couple in front of me were treated with quite a bit of disrespect and their server was really aggressive when talking to them. She then proceeded to yell at them “YOUR CARD DIDNT GO THROUGH!”, the man kindly returned to pay for their meal and asked for her to be more polite. She was definitely really rude and would not lower her voice when addressing him. I nearly left but I was really craving poki after a long day at work. Unfortunately the fish wasn’t at an ideal temperature (it was warm). But other than that I enjoyed my food, just not the service. (I didn’t get a name but she was what seemed to be a Pacific Islander with lash extensions) I hope this is helpful?

Terrible service the manager I’m assuming (wearing a black shirt) super rude!! ordered online and when I got there my order wasn’t ready the restaurant was empty they all had a very rude attitude I work at the mall I specter my food to be ready.

I went and ended up feeling sick a couple hours after consuming it. Puked it all up.

Horrible place! I was in line and heard a girl ask for water, she was visibly red in the face and sweating. The man denied her water and she left. I was so mad and felt so sorry for the poor girl I just left and didn’t finish my order. Go to the Panda Express next door if you want water (free) and if you want much much better food. The place smelled like rotten fish any way and the tuna looked gray.

I'm upset because the person who served us was super rude that there was no one else in line and super upset that we didn't decide what we wanted to put on it (it didn't take us long) and apart from comparing establishments, we put a little bit on our plate compared to another "poki one" n half “it is seen that in the other place they gave it more full and here it is very empty

Horrible service. Horrible Foods.The udon noodles are hard and the toppings are green onions and tempura flakes, and chopped seaweed. Is the rice ball filled with spicy tuna or mysterious spicy mayo vegetables? There was one more thing, but none of them suited me, so I ended up just having white rice, but the salmon was a good topping, and the taste of the rice was not salty, but vinegared rice.The customer service was also terrible, so I won't be using it in the future. Use❌.

One of the better poke bowl locations I have been to. A nice variety, price point, sauce, and location. Very quick and love the staffs customer service.
