Polite Provisions in North Park is an excellent cocktail bar with great drinks and an easygoing atmosphere. It gets very busy very quickly once the crowd rolls in, and ordering can be a bit tough during peak times, but the bartenders do a great job checking in and making sure you’re taken care of. Street parking can be hard to find, so plan ahead. Their Polite Provisions Old Fashioned is easily one of the best, they used a barrel select ER10 - well balanced and perfectly executed....
Holiday drinks galore! Checked this place on Christmas night and it was fabulous. The holiday decorations were on point. Lots of red and green everywhere. There were even Hanukah decorations. We enjoyed the Naughty & Spice and Christmas on Mars. Both drinks were on point. We will be back next year!
I absolutely love this place. The cocktails are perfection. They are unique, have depth, surprising flavors that just work so well together. The bartenders are so kind and even on an insanely busy night explained the drink I was unsure about to me so beautifully, I tried it and was blown away. Other girls passed me and asked about it, so we all got it like a chain reaction. It was the ghost of Christmas past drink! Try it! I also got the spicy coquito shot which was amazing! So...
