Well, I have not had any complaints about this place, the chicken is well reported, good and the service is good, I have been a customer of this chicken shop for years, only if they need to improve the tortillas that become hard in a short time when you order to go, From there on out, better than Pollo Loco in South San Diego.

I called and spoke with one of their employees on the phone and explained to her that some of the chicken we bought from them wasn’t cooked all the way and she said that the manager said most likely I will not get a full refund and the manager was busy at the moment and would call me back later. I’m literally grossed out with the chicken. Like okay I understand things happen, but at least take priority of the situation and offer a full refund. We didn’t even finish the food because we’re disgusted and the fact that we haven’t gotten a call back shows me that they could care less. Oh and to top it off, they had also messed up our order and forgot the rice. Smh Never will I buy from this place again!

First time coming here and I ordered ahead for 2 people . Came with 4 pieces of chicken , 8 oz of rice and beans and 4 tortillas . I get to get my order and the girl name Alexia was rude. She hands me my order and I open it to check if everything is good to go . She left and I asked for a side of salsa and she ignored me & the sides were literally not 8oz. The beans were like 2-3spoons so I asked her and she said those are it . So I decided to spend more money and get an extra side . Once I left I called back because they are literally ripping people off . I’m telling her what comes with the order for 2 ? The chicken ? The 8oz sides and starts being so sarcastic like it’s “ 4 pieces to be exact” . Rude Girl. won’t be coming here again. SMH . You can see the 8oz I got extra versus there “ 8oz sides” that comes with it.

Prices for combos went UP. Asked for a different salsa for my combo and was told that the specific salsa I wanted was for something else. Food is great, but not for that price. I don't think I'll be coming back.
