“I don't know what it is about this particular location, but the food here is the best. I went to the East County location, and the food was no where close to the food here. Same exact order, but totally different. I'll keep coming to this one.“

“I visited this location recently and had a great experience. I was greeted by sales associate Jodi with a smile, professional, and welcoming demeanor. She assisted me with ordering via kiosk. She made my visit quick, efficient, and welcoming. Jodi seems to enjoy her job thoroughly based on her genuine demeanor. While observing the interaction with the other associates in the restaurant I got the perception that the crew this day worked well together, because the overall atmosphere was pleasant and supportive of their coworkers. The restaurant was kempt inside/out. Great experience at this location.“
“Had an issue with my order and when I called the manager Marianna, she was super polite, understanding and professional. She took the call and actually apologized and rectified the problem with minimal inconvenience. This was a good hire for Mira Mesa popeyes as prior service was not up to par.“
“The food is good and the service is good. But they keep playing one portion of one song over and over and over again. It is so annoying. I'd rather not have any music at all than keep listening to this little portion over and over. It never changes. Not even a whole song just a portion of it, over and over and over again. It gets to be very annoying.“
“A lot of people complain about the speed of service at this location, but you can't always expect your food to come out in the time frame that you want it to. It's obvious that they are short-handed at this location, but that is something that happens at fast food places and restaurants in General sometimes.. Sometimes people call in sick, sometimes people quit on the day that they're supposed to be scheduled, other things happen that's all a part of the restaurant game.. But even though they are short-handed, the whole crew works very hard to push out orders which isn't always easy, especially at a busy location like this. The manager Ariana I believe her name is, not only does she manage the place by delegating, she also jumps it's in the fire to help her crew when they are busy. Her whole crew did a outstanding job to the best of their ability.“
“The chicken was so delicious and fresh and steaming hot! The best I think I've ever had at any Popeye's location.
The only reason why I gave only 4 stars overall was because of some lingering individual in the men's restroom blocking virtually the urinal and the door to the stall. Apparently he was texting/browsing on his phone & acted like I wasn't there. He saw me, but didn't move. After a few seconds of that, it just seemed too weird, so I left.“
“I visited Popeyes on several occasions. I like the chicken and the biscuits. That was pretty good but each time I've ordered a soda it was flat. I'm not sure if it's the machine or what - but no carbonation at all. I feel like they have to know about the the machine but don't care. People are paying their hard earned money and they should care.“
“Very good food, but the price inflation is getting unfortunate. (My favorite combo meal is $15 now) The drive thru line can sometimes be long, but the food is always hot and fresh. The red beans & rice and cajun fries are the best sides imo, though my kids would vote for the Mac and cheese.
Their blackened chicken is also good, but we usually have to park and wait for it. It's fresh though and worth it if you have the time“
“This food is good here but i wont stand rudeness this girl that works here she is being rude to the homeless nice young btw you guys need to fire her if i was the manager I would of fire her not ok behavior I’ll make sure I’ll be reporting this to hr good luck see u guys in court“
