The employees are not kind. There was a line of customers in the drive thru that they didn't help, nor did they tell us they were cutting off service. No cones, nothing to indicate they wouldn't serve the customers.

But the first and second time I visited this place, they botched my orders. They refused to work with me and try to make me look foolish when it was their mistake. I definitely will not be going back, and if this is the response that I get from management, why would I visit any other Popeyes chicken? Done with this place and their habit of overcharging.

20:30 p.m The restaurant was quiet, but the kitchen was very noisy even though they weren't busy. The order taker Mary, was also rude; after I told her I had been waiting a long time she left without taking my order and went to talk to someone else. The staff were unprofessional in their work and their manner with customers was inappropriate. It was a bad experience, and I won't be returning to this place again.

Cost of food is HIGH. SOME pieces, wings and drumsticks are small. However, MOST cashiers exhibit excellent customer service.

I have never been yo popeyes before, paid almost $30, when I got to the window they only asked for the payment, when I confirmed my order, they had taken it wrong and had me wait 15 min for my order to be done right. They only put seasoning on 1-2 pieces of each, and all of the food was cold. I would like a refund. The employees were really rude as well and the one employee that handed me the food almost dropped it in the floor while giving it to me .

This is try number four to go to this popeyes. I'm not kidding every time whatever it is I order it just doesn't matter it's going to be 10 to 15 minutes. Your fast food! How is this always a thing

Location is always behind on orders. Orders on the app don’t get started until you show up and ask for it. They’re always out of product and have to wait 20+ mins more

Negative stars! This is twice now ordering from this location drive thru, spending over 45$ the last time and didn’t receive all our food, had gotten a ride so no way to go back. This time spent over $55 didn’t receive 3 sandwiches, didn’t receive second our large side of mash potatoes& gravy! Sent a sm side of rice with gravy. Straight to the trash that went! Order two drinks received one and that was incorrect as well! Person said, they would bring out the correct drinks, never came back! Wings barely ANY sauce! One shouldn’t even be considered a wing, more like a bite size nugget with bone! By time got home once (again had a ride) so cant go back, from all the in elcajon city. NEVER AGAIN will we come to this location!!! Hire workers that pay attention to customers orders. Drive thru orders both these times. Going inside never an issue! Shouldn’t have to go inside to get good service and especially when we spending so much money for half incomplete orders! Would love to call and complain but also once again NO RECEIPT EITHER!!! Bunch of slackers they got working this location. Everyone should be replaced at this location! Sad part too, we from southeast community originally. Highly PO and disappointed! Do better for the rest of your customers that continue to go here
