Went thru the drive thru. The 1st guy took my order, had me hold on half way thru my order then asked me to hold on again so he could check how long it was going to take. I was waiting for like 5 minutes before another worker came on the speaker and asked me for my order. I told him I already placed the order with the other guy, he said ohh the other guy just left and clocked out I would need to place my order again. I placed the order again and paid, then he tells me it’s going to take 8 minutes and to pull up to the front. I waited about 20 minutes before sending my son in to check on the order. The guy that took the order was outside and he told me that they sent him on his break and he didn’t know why they were taking so long. When we finally got our order I just took it and left. When I did look in the bag there wasn’t any napkins or utensils. I ordered the spicy chicken tender combo and the hot wing combo. The tenders weren’t spicy and they were more like chicken fingers instead of chicken tenders. The ranch I ordered with both meals was missing. And the drinks were warm with no ice. I was on my way somewhere otherwise I would have went back and I don’t live close to there to go back another time. If I am ever in the area again I will NOT go there!!!!!

7/26 I went to this location on the DT I ordered 5 chicken tenders. I was given 2 out of my 5 about 1/3 of inch by 2" Mary the General manager said she can't do anything about it because that's the chicken they are brought to them ??♀️ so they raised prices and giving nothing I won't be coming back again to this location. I know she lying.
Very bad service and this bad young man is not respectful. He insulted me more than once. I came an hour ago to take my order

I love the food. It's truly some of, if not the best "car-based, quick cooked chicken", However the service is ridiculous. No matter which location I visit; day or night; sun or snow, never do I get my order right the first time. Ever.... But it's so good.

Went through the drive through at the Palam Ave 92154 location for the first time because my daughter wanted to try it. I ordered two combinations and asked for a large Sprite to be added. The drive thru cashier tod me that I could add an extra drink. When I asked why, he said it's the store policy to not sell more than TWO items. I asked him "would I have to go inside to buy the drink? He replied " No, you can go next door to 7 Eleven to buy your drink there. I asked him to cancel the order.
