Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Stay away had an order of their signature chicken and have been throwing up with a fever that past 24 hours since. Gave me a killer state of food poisoning

The food quality has gone down hill. Use to be my favorite chicken spot and their red beans and rice (not good anymore)

Mixed review. I picked up an app order for myself and my wife and had no big issues there. My biggest complaint with this Popeyes was how unfriendly it was.

There are no in-person cashiers, only kiosks. If you pay cash, you will order on the giant screen and only pay a person for the register. There's no condiments, napkins, or anything really for the customer to grab. My meal was the blackened chicken tenders which were great, but they only gave me a single packet of ketchup... Since the Popeyes location was already so unfriendly in design I didn't even feel comfortable asking and bothering the employees for more ketchup.

Overall, super weird design. Not friendly to the employees or customers. Excellent if you don't want interaction and don't mind feeling isolated. Popeyes overshot the mark and sucked the soul out of customer service.

Horrible customer service. 2 employees standing around and I go up to place my order and they tell me I have to use the kiosk. REALLY? Just wow! Well we start placing the order and the special we wanted didn’t come up so we had to ask how to do it and the guy didn’t even know how. He wanted ti do something shady and charges twice but we ended up leaving before he did. UNREAL!!!! Never going back.

The manager and employee provide horrible service i have a vision impairment and they told a while to help me t hey keep telling me to use the kiosks i can't that well I had to wait a minute for them to ring me up at the register
