I always have good experiences at this Primos, but tonight was above and beyond! My friend is visiting San Diego for the first time from NC, and not only was the food top notch (per usual), but the service was exceptional. The cashier, Jenny, spent time explaining the various menu options to my friend and helping him find an option he would enjoy. And her recommendation, el classico, was perfect! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Her customer service is truly five star. Anyone looking for a quick and delicious bite in the area should drop by! Patio is dog friendly.​

Quality of food has changed. Prices have gone up like every other place. If the quality was the same it would be worth it. Still good still visit occasionally but not as much as before.

Excellent Mexican restaurant! We had the QuesaMas taco and the beef hard shell taco and both were very flavorful. The chips were salty and warm, perfect! There was plenty of room to sit and eat, and they have many specials going on all the time. The burritos looked HUGE!
We will definitely be coming back soon!
