You have a 3 street taco meal with a drink listed and yet your manager at the Kentwood , Mi location said she can’t ring that up as it’s not available. The 3 working are not polite at all. Customer service lessons are highly recommended and if corporate isn’t going to fix the issues of pricing so customers can get what they want/ ordered off the menu, your operation will fail! 2nd, the street tocos are not like any I have ever had. Slightly warm corn tortilla, (should have oil and be slightly fried) internal ingredients are not evenly dispursed and in one bite u get all the guacamole, and the next bite is all the onions.

The service at Qdoba Catering in Peoria, IL is HORRIBLE! Our last 2 catering orders have arrived close to 45 minutes late and missing items!! I called and placed my last order over 24 hours in advance with the District Manager. He assured me this order would be correct and on time. Did not happen!! Local management has a "It is not my fault" attitude. I was fuming. How are you missing the taco/tortilla shells for a taco bar?? Next day, I receive an invoice with an additional $199.20 POS and my card is charged the invoice price PLUS this $199.20 Point of Sale adjustment. Are you kidding me?? There are other choices for Mexican in this city!

Unreal, order on line pick up was 5:19pm which wasn't a problem. Husband went and picked it up wasn't even started cause they were busy but husband didn't mind. Brings it home order for bowls were wrong. Decided to call that was a mistake. I recorded being told basically I didn't matter . Corporate Office called.

Hey guys this is my second review they said they were going to clean up the store well it was a little bit cleaner the floor was still sticky and this is a photo of behind the counter I wish I could’ve got a better shot it was disgusting ? I also took a photo of my food it was spot on it’s always good and bursting with flavor just because the place is a little dirty I will always go back or maybe I shouldn’t I don’t know ??‍♀️

Third Floor Noise

Qdoba accepts orders via their app on days that their locations are closed, and obtaining a refund can take weeks. I actually had to dispute the charge with my bank (Chase/VISA) to resolve it. Management at the store were entirely unapologetic. The excuse I received from customer service was "We try our best to update our app as fast as can, as information about store hours and closed locations come through." Clearly there is a severe breakdown in communication. I was a customer for 20+ years, but Renz has made it clear my business is not valuable to them. Fortunately, Chipotle is one block away from my nearest Qdoba location. I know where I'll be ordering from now on...

Terrible service. Manager acted like she didn't want our business. Online ordering was not working properly and manager said corporate would not allow her to take orders over the phone. Like i said - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Soooo my mom went to complain to the “manager” (a brunette woman with glasses) of the Grand Blanc, Michigan store. The store told us they didn’t close till 6:00pm but I’m the middle of eating we were told to leave at 4:30. They also said the corporate is the reason they don’t tell people when they are out of ingredients for recipes and they don’t offer substitutes. After my mom calmly and respectfully explained this the manager started arguing with her toe to toe and then commanded she leave immediately or she would call the police. I didn’t realize complaining to the manager resulted in police being called or that Qdoba supported false advertising but according to the Grand Blanc Michigan store on Saginaw rd they do…

A coworker and I visited the Kanas City,, Overland location on 11/22/21. Aside from the extreme prejudice detected from the man serving us, I was very very disappointed with the child size -happy meal portions of food intentionally served. I don't know what his beef was. An $8.95 burrito consisted of 6 of the smallest meat portions, 1 little drop of queso, sour cream, etc. I knew that from my recent visit to other locations, his oddly small portions of servings were intentionally done. What a $30 waste for just and handful of food. Never again

I just walked out of a Qdoba in Castle Rock, CO. I had to, otherwise I was going to smack the kid behind the counter in the face for being so disrespectful. Does Qdoba not know anything about custom service? Don't they know that there are thousands of other restaurants to choose from? Obviously not. Someone needs to train their staff.
