I had a great experience at this location. Our server was Belle, she was very nice and was happy to share her recommendations. Her upbeat attitude and approach really made the dinner great for my friend and I. When she would walk away from the table my guest and I would even point out how pleasant she was. My friend had the steak and frites and she loved the flavor and said it was a well balanced plate. I had the New Orleans Shrimp and it was very tasty. Both plates came with a side salad and wasn't overfilling. It was the perfect amount and they were both very good. I defintely would come back. The decor is also very nice, there's plants and flowers everywhere.

The cocktails were so very delicious and the decor is lovely! We were excited for the food, but I would say it was fine, not note worthy. The service was very friendly but poor. One order was wrong and we had to practically tackle our server to order dessert (which was not good at all) and to get the check. Wouldn't go again.

This place is so beautiful and has wonderful food and wine! I really enjoyed my little reading book with red wine and their steak Cesar salad before the author talk at Warwicks.

Very poor service. Very mediocre food. Ambience was nice. Steak and fries much tougher than this cut should be. Food overcooked, not served hot. Waiter completely disinterested in our table. Hostess was good.

We really liked this place and I wish I could give it a 4.5 (but can't give half stars). The ambiance is just incredible. It's decorated so nicely and is so inviting. The night we had dinner, it seemed like they were understaffed but our server was great and he handled all the tables efficiently and didn't make us wait. The food was really good too! We had the hummus appetizer which was super tasty, the mac and cheese which was out of this world, the strawberry salad which was very good, and the fried chicken and steak which was also delicious. The dessert was nice too - a pan-cooked chocolate chip cookie with ice cream on top. The only slight negative was that they were out of the flower pot bread which we were really looking forward to as an appetizer. Overall, a very solid place. I'd love to have a drink at the bar too next time.

This was a birthday dinner- reservation made in advance. Was sat on time. Greeting from server took awhile. Drinks took even longer 25 minutes for lemonade and beer?. We had to ask twice. Ordered dinner after waiting for drinks and got our appetizer before drinks. Nothing done for birthday from server. Nada. This is third time I've been here in 3 months and honestly hard to justify the long waits and prices here.

Decided to walk into the La Jolla village location to try it because Puesto next door had a long wait. The host was not very welcoming and sat us in the worse table in a section where no one was at. The place was freezing. No server came by in the 20 minutes we waited at the table. We left and went back to Puesto. Need to work on customer service.

The unusual decor is one of the best reasons to try this New Zealand inspired restaurants. They have indoor and outdoor dining but mostly indoor and it is super cute. The food is also very good. Pro-tip - Sit on the metal loveseat rocking chair outside for a special treat. :-)

We stumbled upon this place while killing time and ended up falling in love with it! The decor is stunning--I even snuck away to the bathroom just to admire the rest of the space. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very knowledgeable about the cocktails and helped us pick according to what we like. I tried one of their seasonal cocktails featuring coconut and lavender, and it was absolutely fantastic--truly a 'wow' moment! We're definitely planning to return soon to explore the rest of the menu

The Most beautiful restaurant I've been to! Loved the decoration! We had an amazing dinner! Great ambiance, very friendly staff and everything delicious! Cant wait to go back and try other many wonderful things. The only 3 things we didn't like that much were: It was incredibly cold! Even when they closed the doors We counted 4 things they did't have from the menu They took very long from the appetizers to the main dish. Other than that everything was Great!

Firstly, on a positive note, our wait staff was wonderful. Engaging, attentive and knowledgeable. We were three and ordered the meat pie , lamb and salmon. I was clear that I anted my fish medium, which everywhere else would mean a ‘glassy' center and moist. It was over cooked and I can't eat dry fish. For appetizers we ordered the burrata and hummus. The waitress was wonderful and replaced it quickly with another selection. The ambience was a plus. Nicely appointed with booths that wrap around you and maintain a quiet atmosphere. I wish I could rate this higher. In La Jolla there are so many fine places to dine, I wouldn't return here as the food was simply not memorable.

Had the Queenstown Fav burger which was not especially tasty. The skinny fries were excellent as was the beet salad. Service was friendly if a bit slow.

We were only in La Jolla for one night and decided to try this beautifully decorated corner restaurant. From the minute we walked in Jun (sp) made us feel welcomed and valued. He made sure we had a comfortable table and was so accommodating helping us select wine and a cocktail. The comfort food we selected was not only exactly what we wanted, but very good sized portions. I would highly recommend Queenstown Village if you're in the mood for sizable, delicious comfort food. Again, Jun couldn't have been more pleasant and enhanced our experience. If this review sounds a little "flowery" maybe I was influenced by all the flowers and greenhouse feel of the place.

If you're looking for a place that feels chic and also doesn't disappoint on the food, this is your spot. It's everything you expect a brunch spot in La Jolla to be. And yes, they do serve lunch and dinner as well but my review is based solely on brunch, which is served daily here. If you've ever been to any of the Queenstown restaurants (I think there are 5 here in San Diego if I'm not mistaken), then you know you're in for a treat. Each one of the restaurants has their own little variation of their well-ranging menu. So what you can expect from each Queenstown spot is consistency but still it's own special character. There are plenty of good food options here and definitely something for every appetite. Meat options, veggie and healthy options and wide range of delicious burgers! I absolutely love the Wagyu Smashburger... so juicy and tasty. Add an egg on top and you got yourself the perfect hangover (or anytime) breakfast burger. Also good here is the Breakfast Fried Rice with good chunks of pork belly and again, a fried egg on top. The Cure is a breakfast favorite that you can customize to your liking with the protein - chicken, sausage, bacon, etc. Last time I was here, we spotted a famous comedic actor. So you may never know who might be dining next to you in this La Jolla Cove winner :)

So impressed. With the high costs of dinner in La Jolla this was a gem-super affordable and great food. The atmosphere is adorable and our waitress was charming with her Australian accent and beautiful smile. Really felt well taken care of. We took her recommendation and split the meatloaf sandwich. Sheesh can't remember the name of it- sorry- it was new on the menu she said. It has BBQ sauce and onions and was amazingly delicious. Also- along with that was the very colorful and flavorful beet salad we ordered-highly suggest. Super fresh and refreshing with the arugula and touches of blue cheese. This combined made a great dinner to share. Love the decor, food and service of Queenstown- it was a charming win. Can't wait to take friends back to try their cocktails.
