this Rally's location and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I waited at the window for over 10 minutes without receiving any assistance. It's clear that management needs to invest in training their employees to provide a better experience. The lack of effective management and leadership is evident here. I would not recommend this location to anyone, it's best to take your money elsewhere.

First time at the this rally’s location. The young man who took my order provided excellent service and was genuinely helpful. However shared me some feelings towards working here it was evident that he is being treated unfairly, which made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. Rally's needs to do better in supporting and treating their employees with the respect they deserve. I believe that a restaurant should prioritize the well-being of its staff, as they are the face of the business. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others. I refuse to support any establishment that does not treat its employees as valued individuals.

I love Rally's. My first job was at the Rally's in Chula Vista when I was in High School xx years ago..lol! Im giving this location 4 stars because they always forget to give me something. I love love love Rally fries. 🤩

The drive thru window was easy to order and use, but the wait was too long. Many poeple were in their cars waiting for thier food. It took about 15 -20min to get my order. Good food, hot and great prices but this location takes a while to get your order.
