I came to rallys because I have never been to one before and I had been helped but a gentleman named Jared and he was so amazing answering all my questions and telling me the deals they had at the time I really like his customers service and very professional and the food was was so good i will definitely come here to eat again

The Gorilla double burger was like cardboard and the fries were soggy. After I ate it (I was starving) my stomach got upset. Not a good choice IMHO. ☹️

Today I stopped by Walmart to get a fan & decided to get a quick bite at the rallys checkers... around 11:00. I placed my order.. not only did it take more than 15 minutes to receive my burger and fries...the customer service was terrible...everyone had an attitude...my fries came out cold & no one seemed to care about the customers... never going back!!!

Not a great first impression. Winter does rallies out of Walmart store. Waiting for a repair on my car. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came up. I sat down and started watching a movie on my ipad. It was over 30 minutes before someone came to the counter. Someone could have walked away with the coffee machine, cash register, monitor, or anything else they wanted. When the guy finally came out of the back to take my order he wasn't very polite. I ordered my food along with a root beer. He gave me sprite. I drink it anyway and that's for a refill. He pointed to a sign that said refills 99 cents. I just picked up my things and left. Not a great place for customer service. Or any kind of service for that matter.

I ordered the $9 for 2 double patty spicy chicken sandwich and fish sandwich (much bigger than McD’s). I made it a meal for $3 more. Then got triple patty bacon burger and the Philly cheese finger food that was really tasty. Only the spicy chicken sandwich was lacking something but still tasted nice. This is my first time eating at Rally’s in San Diego and I’ve been here for many years. Glad i remembered how good the fries tasted long ago, I think it was Texas. Thanks!
