Terrible managers Yonnie and Kat that have 0 customer experience or empathy, they got really angry that we pulled up another chair for my pregnant wife when outdoor seating was basically empty, refused to place 1 more ramen order and called security saying we are being rude so they need to throw us out, upper management needs to review their behavior as employees like this are hurting business because they only care about their egos.

Not worth the hype with the line. It's a smaller bowl compared to other places and just as expensive with not as much toppings, doesn't come with at least half an egg either. Its an add-on. I recommend getting the thick noodles and not the thin pictured

I ate several times in Naji Ramen! But today I felt so upset. Not so many people, but the service is bad. I ordered the eggs, they forgot! That is fine!!! Nobody asked the sides till I finished my lunch! NEVER come again!

Now that two other ramen places are open at UTC, why would anyone go to Nagi anymore? Bottom tier service, they make you stand outside and order first before allowing you to sit, they don’t even allow you to have a cup of coffee in your hand. The reason they have a line is because they only have a few tables, not because it’s good. All would be forgiven if the ramen is fantastic. Unfortunately it’s not. I don’t understand what it has to do with Japanese Ramen, other than using similar ingredients. Has anyone working in the kitchen actually been to Japan? and why it’s so salty by default? The only scenario in which it resembles Japanese ramen is if Japan sank into the ocean and soaked all of its ramen with seawater.

We never tried the food as it was a bit strange that they wouldn’t let me and my partner eat there because I was carrying a Joe & the Juice shake. They asked me to leave it at the counter and I said no?

This place was great. You place your order in line and then they walk you to your table. Very efficient and quick. I really enjoyed the broth. I love that they let you choose the salt and oil level. We could have passed on the karage that was just okay.

Had lovely ramen! They have very yummy tonkotsu broth, and the first member of the waitstaff we interacted with in line was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Once we had gotten inside, ordered, and entirely finished our food, however, another member of the serving staff came over and said that they don't allow outside food or drink, referring to a small box from another UTC restaurant that I'd put on the table. It was pretty clear that nobody was eating it, and that it was just food I happened to be carrying around with me. Not allowing me to respond, she then physically picked up my box and started taking it outside, seemingly to put on the ground as she suggested I do next time. I took it back from her, put it on the ground by my table, and she was STILL unhappy, and so I put it in my bag instead, and then left immediately.I'm not unhappy with the policy of no outside food or drinks. I am unhappy that it was a) not told to me before this incident took place, b) an employee physically taking my belongings and not letting me do it myself or even telling me where she wanted to put them, and c) that I wasn't even trying or intending to eat it there. It was clear to me that the employee was in a rush, but I don't think that grabbing things that belong to your customers and taking them away without consent or a statement of where they're going is good practice. Overall, it was a very upsetting experience, and I hope that the waitstaff are trained with clearer explanations and basic physical boundaries around other people's belongings in the future.

Had to come back a second time and the green king was sooo delicious! It's a basil/pesto base tonkotsu and it's extremely rich that comes with bacon and cheese! the bacon is extremely crispy but didn't really notice the cheese. I got the pork belly this time instead of the chashu it's a MUST, so much better than the chashu! It's so deliciously fatty and seasoned very well. I got normal salt and oil, heavy garlic, but if you're getting the geeen king I would recommend none/light oil honestly because the pesto already has sooo much oil. It's pretty heavy, so I would opt to get the green king occasionally. But overall such a delicious and rich broth!! Service was great, we came at 4:50 on a friday evening and was seated around 5:10. It was a bit cold at the tables outside and the servers didn't mind turning up the heater!

Very good tasting ramen for a good price. The line is long, but it moves way faster than it looks. The inside is very small, but they give food to you very soon after you sit down, and you're in and out in no time.
