I go here twice a month in the mornings. The lady in the front along with the younger man at the counter don't act like they work there. They act like they own the place. Always friendly, smiling, and they keep the place CLEAN. I worked at a donut shop when I was younger and I know the pressures of waking up early and servicing clients. Donuts are great and boy is living in San Diego getting expensive!
2nd time I come in at noon and no doughnuts as if they don't make them here

Incredible donuts, so many options. Also, the iced butter crumb latte is soooo delicious. Definitely gotta keep coming back to this place. The staff is also very nice and attentive. Highly recommend!

They’ve been out of milk during several of my visits, it’s a donut house BASIC, isn’t it? The counter person told me they threw the milk away because it was expired. Well, good thing, I suppose. Seems to me they should have fresh product if they’re gonna stay open. Okay, So how about a Randy Roast coffee, the signature coffee? A simple hot cup of house coffee sounded good. Seems like another donut house BASIC. I’d asked for too much. They weren’t willing to make it because they’d have to make a pot. Huh? How long can an average donut shop last if trading on Randy’s nostalgia and unwelcoming service? Especially when surrounded by competitors. I’m in the shopping center nearly every day charging my vehicle. Guess it’s better to go to the Starbucks or McDonald’s next door for coffee and sweet goods. They’re willing to make coffee for customers.

Best service and donuts near me! Chris is fantastic and made me feel so welcome to the area when we first moved here last year. He always remembers me when I come in. Donuts are always fresh and tastes great. Great variety.

Donuts are really good. Today, though it was 5:03pm and we were not open the door even though there were around 40-50% capacity of donuts on the shelves. Time ago I was able to purchase donuts at 7pm. Is the sign “closed at 5pm or until there are donuts” variable? I am trying to said just be careful to be there by 5pm.
