We enjoyed our family dinner at Red Marlin very much. The food was cooked to perfection and well presented. My husband had the swordfish which we would highly recommend. The pineapple salsa offered a bit of sweetness. I had the short ribs that were delicious too. Just the perfect amount of spice. Our daughter had grilled chicken and asparagus that she enjoyed too. Be sure to order the apple tart with cinnamon gelato for dessert. You won't be disappointed. The views are beautiful...
Visited 10 years ago and just recently... still is perfect. Menu items are wonderful. I had the shrimp and hubby had steak. We had the shared mashed bacon cheese potatoes too... YUM!! Service was excellent. Highly recommend and beautiful view with many windows. Thanks Riley for the great communication while we were on the road from NorCal. 😎👍
Had dinner here when staying at the Hyatt Regency. Nice place with a good view of the marina and the staff were helpful and attentive. Food is average at best, and overpriced by about $5-10 - not bad but certainly not that great. It’s convenient for anyone staying at the hotel because there aren’t a lot of dining options nearby, especially after nightfall. Made the conscious effort to have dinner outside before heading back to the hotel on subsequent nights.
