Excellent food and excellent service! We don't eat out often, but this is one of the places that is worth the trip. We will be back.

The Brussel sprouts were very hard and greasy, we got fish tacos, carne asada, and fish tacos. The carne asada was very hard and fatty and the fish tacos wasn't great but the shredded beef taco was good. The one shredded beef taco and the French fries was the only good thing we ordered. The service was very slow and awkward.

This is quickly becoming one of our favorite local restaurants. As you approach the entrance, the setting feels like a tropical oasis. The interior is chic and comfortable. We felt that the music level was too high and competed with conversation at the table. As always, you can't go wrong with food choices, this is not cheese-laden Americanized Mexican food, and it's not taqueria or street food (which has it's place and time). This is high-end Mexican food like you might find in a nice restaurant in the city. It's a nice surprise to get plantain chips with your order of guacamole, the empanadas are fantastic, and the mole is exceptional. We let them know we were celebrating a birthday, and the reception staff handed a birthday card to a member of our party, and we received a nice dessert too. But no embarrassing singing, which was OK with us!

I can't believe it took me this long to come here! I finally broke out of my shell and decided to try something new, since Javier's has always been my go-to. This place was an absolute hit! The ambiance is chic, and there's both parking and valet available. The food and drinks were superb—so flavorful and fresh! I especially want to thank the incredible staff. Jocelyn was our server, with Tony assisting, and they both went above and beyond. Jocelyn truly made our night—her kindness, patience, and amazing energy stood out. She not only recommended the best dishes but was also attentive and genuinely thoughtful. She even remembered we mentioned a friend's birthday, and the way she handled it felt heartfelt and personal, not robotic like at some other places. It really showed how much she cared, which was so refreshing. We had cucumber margaritas, empanadas, and shrimp ceviche to start. For dinner, we enjoyed the trio enchiladas, sea bass, and salmon. Everything was delicious—even the chips and salsa were fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back!

Great food. Good ambience. Excellent service. Joey was the server. He does an excellent job. Fortunately, this was my second visit to RO and Joey was my server both times. He does an outstanding job! I would highly recommend!😁

We had a diver in Red O taste of Mexico. The food was salty and expensive. The restaurant had some noise and it was difficult to hear others. In general nothing seriously bad in the restaurant, but also nothing special.

Most amazing experience we've had. Flawless service from Jose C (Joey) - he spoiled us for life. Ordered margarita pitcher and he brought us fresh glasses for each round plus more limes and near the end he poured the remaining into a small pitcher to avoid it being completely diluted by the melting ice. Extremely friendly and attentive. The manager, Luciana, was amazing as well - great to talk to and knows how to run a restaurant. Excellent job!!!

Brunch menu was average in taste and quality. Server did not know half the menu if we asked any questions on the details of the dish.

This place can use a serious renovation on their booths. They are very uncomfortable in completely worn out. The food was decent we felt it was overpriced. The service was good.

First time I went I waited 30 minutes and was not even spoke to by a server. Gave it another shot and this time service was great but the food was not good at all.

Attentive staff, tasty food, great service! They even helped us celebrate our friend's birthday by providing a Birthday dessert and card! Our friend said she will be taking her family there for dinner when they are in town.

Service was very good! We went for our anniversary and they made us feel special. The ambiance is gorgeous for date night. The food was the issue. Th lobster tail was overcooked, hard to eat, and very flavorless. There was also no veggie side and a small scoop of potatoes so nothing to really pair with the lobster. The passion fruit butter was delicious however and our waiter Ryan was great!

Opentable Diner

Food was delicious. We were celebrating an anniversary and our waitress was very nice and we even got a free dessert for our celebration. One think I didn't like is they are not very accommodating for small parties. They sat us in the bar area and said we couldn't get a table in the dining room despite having a reservation. Otherwise it was a great experience and would definitely eat there again

Last night, we celebrated a birthday dinner, and it was truly unforgettable. Everything was exceptional—from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. From valet parking to the warm welcome at the door and the gracious host, every detail made us feel special. The service was amazing—attentive without being intrusive—and the food was outstanding. I had the sea bass, my partner enjoyed the steak, and we loved every bite. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We ended the evening with dessert, the perfect sweet finale to our celebration. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable dining experience. Victoria ❤️
