Well sad to say not a very good dinner. It was our ninth anniversary and we had celebrated our original wedding at the pearl. We rented out the entire hotel and all the rooms and it's been such a memorable place for us. We've come back a few times and it's been always good but last night was terrible. Great little 1960s hotel with an old-school motel feel, kidney-shaped pool, wonderfully helpful staff and great little bar and restaurant that far exceeded expectations. This neatly renovated gem is a must see if you are in the mood for a throw-back experience with updated, quite pleasing rooms. The front desk is, literally, a small desk in the petite entry. There is a bartender who makes you feel like you've known him forever and a cute little "dive-in" movie nightly...
