DO NOT GO HERE! Someone stole my friends phone out of their back pocket. Literally pushed them As a distraction so they could steal their phone. I talked to over 15+ groups here trying to find it and apparently this location is known for individuals stealing phones and wallets. Absolutely do not go if you can avoid it.

The person working the door tonight was extremely rude and NOT accommodating to a disability. Completely unnecessary and rude for the sake of being rude it seemed. Very disappointing for an “institution” such as Rich’s.

Thank god for the manager Abel for man handling my friend for being "too intoxicated". I witnessed someone stumbling and arguing with security infront of me and somehow we weren't appropriate to enter. The bar was empty for the time we went in and I hope the management manhandles more people going in as an incentive.

I love this club so it hurts to write this. Last weekend my friends got their phone stolen and we reported this to the bouncer. Nothing was done and I know they're not superheroes but they could at least make an announcement/ watch the exits more carefully when patrons are leaving with bags.

There needs to be a training conducted with everyone. The topic should be not to over serve a customer. Serving a customer when they can barely stand up is dangerous, irresponsible and illegal. The California Business and Professions Code section 25602 (a) . Other than this issue. The music the vibe is great.

Went to Rich's to see Lucas Stonehouse perform. Lucas' set was amazing and he brought the club to life! He played a great mixture of songs, and got the crowd hyped. The club service was great, the bathroom was clean, and we had a blast.

$23 for a vodka redbull, a cover charge, and a dead empty club .. what a joke. There's nothing special about this place ?

I went for a new years day event, they apparently just cared about selling tickets, it was extremely packed to the point that it was even hard to walk ..did not enjoy the night at all, quality of event was terrible.

Decent little club with a big EDM room and a medium sized hip hop room. I like how ceilings are high and that the venue is on the bigger end with more music options. Lines for the bathroom (at least for the women) can get long. Drinks here were meh, and service from bartenders weren't the best, but I get it (on busy nights it can get stressful). There was a cover when I came here months ago, so be ready to pay to play.

what a racist place. I was there Sunday and i ask the DJ to put a song and refused. it was dead. i would understand on Friday or Saturday but on a Sunday. what a sorry place to be in. we pay lot of money to get in and drink and for a fucking song the DJ says no. sad. not coming back again here.

They're getting a three star review up until further notice. I went there once The ambiance was great it was loud the lights were attractive. However my qualms are with the service. I believe that while they do not take any responsibility for things that are lost or stolen, they are responsible for the things that are still in their possession. So am not sure how they do things around there but I had lost my wallet back in August there and I had texted the number they have for the lost and found and had given up when after a month I didn't hear anything. I mean you'd think that after one month they'd have swept and moped behind everything. Well no, it is now December and it has been 4 months since I lost my wallet and I finally get a text from them that it's at their lost and found. Unless they sweep like every four months and just found it, it would imply that it's been sitting there for four months. Now I take responsibility when I lost it and I replaced all my cards and made peace with loosing it however (and I am very happy it was found) and I am very unhappy with how long it took them to notify me. There's no way they just found it on the floor at the club and if someone had stollen it it would have been long gone so over all I feel like part of customer service is getting back to people in a timely fashion about their lost and found.
