The collective has kept some of the vegan options from its previous identity as Sipz.
The restaurant has a clean, modernist vibe and the staff is friendly and attentive. The front of house staff, Rick, is particularly noted for taking care of everyone and being personable. The Matcha Latte, sourced from Cafe Maiko, and the Tokyo IPA with matcha are highly recommended.
One thing to note is that the Japanini is more of a snack than a filling meal, and the restaurant is still working on some things, but a soft opening is planned soon. Overall, Rising Sun Collective offers a unique and enjoyable dining experience with delicious food and drinks.
