I love the spot. I dont know if it's the owner or manager but she makes an effort to remember her customers. I appreciate this as it makes ordering from her less transactional and more personal.

There was a cockroach on the ground. 🤮

I ordered a smoothie and then was so grossed out by the fiasco that I couldn't drink the smoothie.

I called to get a receipt or a refund, but was told that nothing could be done by a non-manager. Why?? So gross.

My fault for not leaving immediately, but also... such bad customer service.

This is my favorite Robeks. Jennifer is the sweetest, friendliest most attentive person and it's always a joy to see her in the mornings when I'm trying to get a nutritious breakfast.

I come here pretty often and the service is always fast. I usually order the Acai Energizer smoothie and Avocado & Egg toast and they are always fresh and tasty. Definitely one of my go-to spots for breakfast!!!!

Fresh juice, and vegetables better than jamba juice, clean too. Customer service is so bland I couldn't give it any stars is not bad and it's not good, there like a robot just there to take your order🤷🏼‍♀️

I was picking up my online order. This Asian girl was making a drink. Didn’t get a greeting or any sign of life. Just blank glances. I walked up to the counter waited for a bit. Then she came over. No words, blank stare. I told her I was picking up. She gave it to me, I said “Thank you”. But no facial expression, no sign of life. It was like interacting with a wall and a wall is way more interesting. Yikes.

I apologize for my first review. Your particular location absolutely was great. When I had gone there that morning, I had been to the two other locations around San Diego and they did not have wheat grass and I was pretty bummed out About it. This particular location had everything I needed. I upgraded my review Four stars!

Nice place for tasty juices. The reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is because they only juice certain items to order, like carrots. Their orange and ginger juices are pre-made and either in pitchers or in a cycling dispenser.

Robeks is 100% worth the trip. Looking forward to returning to try one of their smoothies next time.

Walked up to order a drink and was greeted with an employee picking their nose at the register. Disgusting and unsanitary. Left after telling the employee how disgusting it was and attempted to call to speak to a manager and was greeted by they aren’t here and informed them that the employee at the front was picking their nose and hung up on me. Went back in to confront the employee who hung up on me to reach a manager and was just told oh he was just rubbing his nose. Mind you the same employee who was picking their nose was making drinks without gloves on. Didn’t want to give me manager info or corporate. So I guess labor and health will have a field day.
No employee should be picking their nose in customer view nor be serving food without sanitation and proper equipment.
