I went in a few days ago and a very sweet black girl with braids gave me great service. So sweet and the hummingbird was 10/10"

First-time coming to this robeks. It's nice and clean and the staff are great. I will come back.

I have never been to any Robeks juice before. I was on the search for an açaí bowl. They came up in my search and I went to check it out.

strike one:
I walk in and there's no customers, just two employees, backs facing me as I stand and look at the menu.
I was waiting for one of them to acknowledge my presence, but nothing. Then another guy walks in and they greet him and motion for him to place his order. I stand there and raise my arms up as if to say hey...I've been waiting.

The girl behind the counter was quite oblivious but the customer said he was sorry and motioned for me to take my turn. I said I wasn't upset at him at all, just blown away by the lack of customer service.

Strike two:
I place my order and watch 6 more customers come and go with their orders. I'm still waiting.

Strike three:
The girl behind the counter puts my items in the bag and as I grab it the bottom breaks and the bowls fall to the floor exploding everywhere.
I looked at her in disbelief and there was no urgency, no apology. Nothing.
I said I'll wait as you remake my order.
10 minutes later(20 minutes total) I finally get my order.
Management needs to be fired for not training their staff in customer service and how to handle orders as they come. These kids obviously didn't want to be working there. So whatever that is, comes from management.

I'm done with this place. One and done. Never again

Parking is atrocious. Teeny tiny spots and not enough for all those businesses. Smoothie wasn’t bad, wasn’t good. It was just one of the smoothies of all time.

Entered this establishment @ approximately 6:15 pm on 7/16. There was only one young male behind the counter. He approached the register without a hello or welcoming smile. Just a sneer and a rolling of the eyes and a look of disgust. Clearly he did not feel like serving me.I think this is a case of poor management as this is not the kind of service that would warrant repeat customers. Management needs to have some in-services on un- bias customer service and customer retention. Because like I was taught one bad experience a person will tell everybody they encounter and trust me I will. One bad apple will spoil the bunch.Do better.

I go into this location at least twice a week and its my favorite! I haven't been able to find an acai smoothie that measures up to the Awesome Acai!

Came in around 4:10 today, may 20. The cashier was super friendly to the customer who was in front of me and my child. He even offered the other customer the extra smoothie leftovers in the blender then wished him well. When it was our turn to order the cashier was oddly cold and spoke in an annoyed, low, mumble. He also placed our smoothie down with is back to us? Super weird vibes. First and last visit to this place.

The smoothie was good, but jamba juice is better. The acai bowl was the worst I've ever had.

Management was very kind after another delivery driver took a customers order.

She offered to redo the order for the customer and went above and beyond to ensure this doesn't happened again and start checking drivers order and confirm the order on the spot so there's no mistakes happen again.

For those who love healthy smoothies and pre work out drinks, please give Robles a try and be amazed by the taste and varieties this store has to offer.

The seating is nice and bright , clear glass for more sunlight and nice ventilation.

A yummy experience if you love smoothies. It’s conveniently located next to the county operation center and national University, so lunchtime’s can be busy. They offer a great selection, but they are a little pricey. Is a healthier alternative, so is worth the price. I had a peanut butter, or almond butter, breakfast smoothie and it was yummy.
