Rosemarie's Burgers

We didn’t get a chance to take photos, but the food was absolutely delicious! We tried the sliders: Cajun crab, Eggplant, Nashville hot chicken, and Shrimp. All of them were fantastic. The spicy Eliot Fries are a must try, topped with pickled peppers and chipotle aioli, which made them even more flavorful.

I love the Nashville hot chicken, as well as the round up! I also love their fish, crab, and pork belly slider. While the Nashville hot It’s my favorite, all their sliders are fire AF. Sadie is the most amazing and is always welcoming and provides the best opportunities for community relationship growth and development. Food is too die for and shouldn’t be missed and so is their amazing service!! Stop by, you won’t be disappointed!

AN ABSOLUTE MUST. I was blown away by how good Rosemarie's is. I never knew sliders could be this good. Every slider we got was juicy and packed with flavor. The were nicely sized and filling, which I never find in a slider. We got the Rosie Double, the Little Munchies, the Captain Jack, and the Cajun Soft shell Crab. All were absolutely delicious.

We also got the Spicy Elote Fries (during Happy Hour) and they were mind blowing. It's a massive portion filled with saucy goodness, jalapeños, and perfectly crispy fries. They were to die for.

Sadie was the nicest host and helped us understand the menu. The ambiance is exactly what you want by the beach.

We will definitely be going back the next time we are in town.

Small unassuming counter serve restaurant with amazing sliders. The elote fries were delicious and the Rosie slider - just excellent

Stopped in while on vacation and had the spicy fries and the rosiemac. Best burger and fries I’ve ever had. Our server Kat was amazing too. Loved all the plants & family photos. Overall 10/10

Burgers are good (not the best in SD like a lot of guides say) but it's super pricey and parking sucks. Could easily spend over $30 for burger and fries, and still be hungry since they are small sliders.

Parking: Only street parking which is always tough to find. Drove up and down the street for 20 minutes before finding somewhere. Was about to just say forget it.

On a trip with friends in San Diego and stopped by to try the sliders, Sam helped us and gave us excellent service and the food was the best we’ve had all week here

Loved the onion rings and waygu sliders. The sliders were a little sweet but the table enjoyed them. Small location, very inviting, walked in not knowing they were sliders. Parking lot behind the establishment but also near another entrance , very convenient for the location for California. 45$ for everything pictured.

The sliders here are fantastic, the Eggplant and Sal were my definite favs! My only Con is that the Mission Beach location is small, so beware if you are coming with a large group or small kids as the space is small and all the tables are high tops. Overall though the staff are lovely and friendly and the food is excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rosemarie’s Burgers, and I can’t stop thinking about my experience, especially thanks to Sam! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and made me feel right at home. Sam was incredibly sweet and accommodating, always going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed.

Not only was her service impeccable, but the food was also outstanding. The burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor, just the way I love them. It’s clear that both the kitchen staff and Sam truly care about making sure every customer has an amazing experience. Her attentiveness and genuine kindness made the meal even more enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be back, all thanks to Sam’s wonderful service and the delicious food. Highly recommend visiting Rosemarie’s Burgers!
