Absolutely will not order here again. Delivery ETA 7:31pm. Pizza didn't show up until after 8pm. Ordered churro sticks, and they were completely inedible. Burnt, and hard as a rock.

We’ve been here a few times because the pizza is decent and cheap, and they have old video games our kids like. But the staff are consistently rude, tables are always dirty despite a mostly empty restaurant. Just asked if they could turn one of the many TVs to the elite 8 march madness game on CBS and after huffing and puffing, the staff member came with a remote, scrolled about 3 pages on the tv guide thing, and then said “I’m sorry, we don’t get that channel.” The channel is CBS. The place isn’t busy. Just lack of effort and hospitality. Consistent with what we’ve seen over several visits.

Online order didn't submit the order. We then had to wait and additional 30 mins (even though they estimated a 10 to 15mins wait) on a Tuesday evening. By the time we got to our destination, we realized they had given us the wrong order. Will not be returning!
Went for a pickup, at the time given and not before, waited 50 minutes to pickup. Pizza was luke warm, soggy, nice crust and toppings.
Strike 1: 2 large and 1 medium= $61 for pickup. Strike 2: people in line (part of a large group, 20+ people) allow me to skip to the front to pay and pickup pizza, but manager (petite, young woman) tells me I have to go back in the line and that she doesn't take cash. Strike 3: The manager leaves in the midst of a large group order. The only guy at the counter, who took cash from other patrons, filled up people's pitchers of beer, and took their orders, was definitely and visibly overwhelmed. She returns to actually check that the group had left and not to help.
So possibly this review is for whoever can do something about this manager, never would I think of saying this but either correct this behavior or let her go.

Their pizzas are amazing, whether you build your own or choose one of their delicious designs. The atmosphere here is typically filled with families celebrating sporting events for their kids. And if like all the entertainment provided by the arcade games, you will find this gs for many ages. My personal favorite is the pinball machines. And if you k ow me, I live a good pinball machine. The Nascar has a few bumpers not working, but gone fishing is a big hit! Plus if you are up for it they have those beers on tap with the bracelets where you can poor just a little and try everything.

We ordered delivery and sometimes people have a hard time finding our front door. It was 15 minutes passed our expected delivery time so we figured we would call to make sure there wasn't any issues. The person who answered the phone around 6:50 (10/14) said "We are no longer taking phone orders due to the high influx of orders" and immediately hung up the phone. Couldn't even get a word in. We tried calling again and the driver thankfully called us because he WAS lost and was super nice but whoever is answering the phones needs to learn how to actually answer a phone because that was extremely rude and off putting.
