Not sure about the recent review calling out Jessica, but I couldn’t disagree more. This store and staff always go above and beyond with respectful customer service. I’ve personally seen Jessica refer to much younger customers with Sir and Ma’am. This seems like another case where a customer attempted to exploit the staff to get a discount that’s currently not being offered. I’ve been a loyal, multi day per week customer FOR 6 years. My family and I know all the staff members by face and name. Food is always done correctly, quality is always good, and DID I MENTION YET THAT THE STAFF GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO BE RESPECTFUL - ESPECIALLY THE MANAGERS ANGEL & JESSICA!
ATTN: Round Table Owners - don’t punish staff members for pity customers trying to extort your hard-working staff members. This location is a staple to the community with the amount of Birthday/Youth Sports parties that support this community. Ignore the recent review that threatened a poor review or racist allegation. Customers are not always right, respect and a given on both sides of transactions.

I went to the store to order a pizza for pick up and asked if there were any offers. The employee named Jessica said there was one on Monday. When I politely asked again if there was any offer going on, she got upset, yelled at me, and used the N-word. I have been a long-time customer and have never been treated this way before. I felt very disrespected and discriminated against. I can’t believe I treated like this after being a customer for more than 3 years.

Nice, warm welcome from the young lady who took our order at the cash register. Ordered the large King Arthur. Haven’t had it in years! Washed it down with root beer soda. Ahhh.

Absolutely will not order here again. Delivery ETA 7:31pm. Pizza didn't show up until after 8pm. Ordered churro sticks, and they were completely inedible. Burnt, and hard as a rock.

We’ve been here a few times because the pizza is decent and cheap, and they have old video games our kids like. But the staff are consistently rude, tables are always dirty despite a mostly empty restaurant. Just asked if they could turn one of the many TVs to the elite 8 march madness game on CBS and after huffing and puffing, the staff member came with a remote, scrolled about 3 pages on the tv guide thing, and then said “I’m sorry, we don’t get that channel.” The channel is CBS. The place isn’t busy. Just lack of effort and hospitality. Consistent with what we’ve seen over several visits.
