Food was great. I had to wait like 15 plus minutes for the staff to change the Diet soda which was out. My food got a little cool while I was waiting on the drink product. I had to take some pills before I ate. This is why I had to wait. The employee at the cashier was helpful and very nice. Overall good experience.

I didn't think I would like food here because I'm a vegetarian, but their cheese nachos were delicious and savory even without the meat! They also have pretty delicious pico. Will return without a doubt!

The food was incredible as always. My wife and I split a steak especial burrito and a couple original fish tacos. The steak was well seasoned and the proportions of the other burrito elements were perfect as always. The fish tacos remained crispy even after the car ride home. To top it all off (literally) the salsas were perfect; our favorites are the salsa verde and the roasted chipotle . Even better than the food was the staff. Their service was impeccable. Despite it being close to closing they took their time making the food ensuring a peefect cool and accurate order delivery. Superb service. The orders before me were taken care of and the staff ensured they were pleased with their order before leaving. They genuinely cared and were attentive to everyone waiting. My order was last and I waited around 20mins but I didnt care as this was my last stop before heading home and the food is definitely worth it, I also hadnt noticed because I was just mindlessly scrolling through my phone, but their attention was noted when they gave me my order and provided me a discount coupon for my next visit! They were so apologetic but I sincerely appreciated their attention. Shoutout to the night crew of Rubios, their outstanding service and attentiveness are MUCH APPRECIATED. Tldr: great food, better salsa, the BEST staff/service.

I had the beer battered fish burrito, its 890 calories and cost me 8.93. The size isnt huge but its satisfying for me. Prices are fair for the quality I believe. The cashier was very kind and friendly. BUT WHAT I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH is their cleanliness! My goodness the cleanest "fast foodish" spot I've ever visited! Bathrooms were so clean, they're salsa station very clean today station organized and neat! The salsas are very delicious too and they taste fresh , a mild heat very enjoyable

Very weird vibes from the kitchen ladies. They didn't put any dressing on my salad and they got offended when I asked for some and they made me pay for dressing when my salad already had none. :-( was sad. It was empty too. Last time ever coming to this location.

Do not order the guacamole if you are ordering delivery. They do not care about the quality that they send out. They advertise it as "fresh". There is nothing fresh about this.

I originally liked Rubio's but as most restaurants the food tends to go down hill because the employees just don't care what they are serving. Crossing Rubio's off our go to restaurants. Sorry!!!
