A positive atmosphere is one that creates a sense of comfort, warmth, and relaxation for diners. Friendly hosts, who greet customers and guide them to their seats, also play a crucial role in setting a welcoming tone for the dining experience.
The atmosphere is BEAUTIFUL during the holidays. We sat at the roof top bar, So festive and warm, and warm as in heaters to keep you from getting too chilly. Our waitress seemed not present and very lost and withdrawn, I asked for a virgin dirty diet coke, but she said everything is batched so I couldn't get one without alcohol. But the ambiance stole the show!
Went for brunch, the food wasnt that bad and we got a table fairly quick but this drink. I dont know how to explain it, but it tasted like Macy's. I believe it was a lemonade but it just tasted like the inside of a macys. I had also got breakfast sliders which were not that bad and the fries they came with were OK the place was nice and servers were very polite and kind. It was a last minute pick but I think I'd give it another shot for perhaps, dinner.
