Was there for a private event. Amazing food, cool atmosphere with a great, fun band!
i’ve been coming to the field for years, it’s one of my favorite cozy spots in san diego and really makes you feel like you’ve went on a little international trip without leaving gaslamp. the pub is especially charming around halloween and christmas as the decor is so festive and lovely. the service is always pretty great too. my only complaint would be the lack of vegan/vegetarian options but the field is truly one of the best businesses in downtown san diego. ♥️
Was there on Union business. Had the Geniuses beef stew. So delicious!!!

While some dishes like boxty may feel a bit bland, the overall experience is enjoyable, especially with the cozy Halloween decorations and super nice staff. It’s a place worth returning to, especially when hungry, as there are many great things to try.
