Awesome speakeasy bar in the middle of downtown San Diego. Pros - phenomenal drinks! They are refreshed every month and each are well prepared with a complexity or flavor. The main entrance is an unassuming law office door which one would not even notice in the daytime. This adds to the uniqueness of the establishment. However, At night, the long line usually gives it away and it loses the "speakeasy" factor. Cons - long line and does require a $10 cash entry fee. Not much sitting...read full review
This place is great, however, it is extremely tiny and narrow. If you get there early enough like we did 830 we watched the band set up and we're able to sit in front to enjoy with our cocktail .. this place gets very busy. Very packed very quick. It's fun for a speakeasy . it's located down one flight of stairs in what seems like a basement.
