I went to that ‘Lobster West Coronado’ restaurant and the brioche was out of this world! Incredibly scrumptious and tasty! I had to ask the restaurant manager about the source and he said ‘Sadie Rose’! That’s the best brioche I’ve ever had in my whole life! Please don’t change anything in this recipe!

Hey good people at saddle rose bakery , I wanted to thank Patricia and the staff at saddle rose for donating loafs of bread. You guys took part in helping feed the homless!. If all company's and people like patricia and saddie rose were like this our jacked up world would be a better place thanks again guys god bless
