With the Vietnamese sandwich shop now under new management, we decided to take advantage of their grand opening special, which included a free drink and bánh mì que for posting on social media. ??
Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. ? Several customers were already inside, enjoying their regular bánh mì.
The shop features 3-4 small tables with stools, creating a cozy seating area. The space was clean and the menus were straightforward, making it easy to place our order. ✨
The service was incredibly friendly. Although the lady suggested her favorite, the fresh fruit tea, it was unfortunately sold out. ?? We chose the Thai tea and milk tea with boba instead. She generously added free fried shrimp to our order! ?❤️
The Thai tea was good, but the highlight was the milk tea. Unlike the typical black tea base, this one had a fragrant jasmine flavor that was absolutely delightful! ?
The bánh mì que is a new variation of the sandwich, being shorter and slimmer. It was packed with a delicious amount of char siu meat and fresh veggies. ???
Given the quality of these items, I’d definitely return to try their regular bánh mì when I’m in the area and craving a delicious Vietnamese sandwich. ?

Beside their authentic Vietnamese sanwiches, their bread sticks aka bánh mì que with their spicy chili oil aka tương ớt Đà Nẵng are the bomb. Restaurant is nicely remodeled. The promotion buy 2 get 1 is a very good deal. We had 2 sandwiches with an extra 1, and taro smoothie for under $30. They let us try the egg coffee. The foaming is very rich with egg flavor which is good but the coffee itself is really impressive. We definitely will go back for Vietnamese coffee and sandwich next time.

Delicious, fresh sandwiches. I also got a Thai iced tea boba with egg cream - yum! Super friendly service.
Kid-friendliness: Menu has lots of kid-friendly options (spring rolls, chicken bahn mi) and the staff are happy to customize sandwiches to everyone’s taste.

I’ve heard nothing but good things about this spot and since moving back from menifee I’ve been on a hunt for a good Vietnamese sandwich.
Not only did they gift me a free sandwich with the purchase of 2, but the quality and flavor was exactly what I was wanting and expected. I got the BBQ PORK SANDWICH which was about $7.99 each and good size. The Thai tea was served with soft foam as recommended by the nice lady who helped me and IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!!!! So creamy and smooth the taste was amazing. I also ordered a mango banana smoothie and OOOOOOOOOOOOOFFFFFF
That HIT !!!!!!
I haven’t had something so refreshing and tasty in a long time to make my tastebuds dance.
If you’re looking for a spot for good Vietnamese sandwich and drinks this spot right here is the way to go!!!!! The are great priced and good quality place

This Vietnamese sandwich shop is under new ownership so we came to check out their grand opening special of free drink and bánh mì que with social media post.
Upon coming in, we were greeted right away. We saw there were several other customers inside eating regular bánh mì.
There are about 3-4 small tables inside with stools to sit on. The shop looked clean and menus were easy to read.
Service was very friendly and the lady recommended her favorite the fresh fruit tea, but sadly they were sold out. We got the Thai tea and milk tea with boba instead. She was nice enough to throw in free fried shrimp for us
The Thai tea was decent, but the star was the milk tea. Usually milk tea has a black tea base, but this one was fragrantly jasmine and delicious!
The bánh mì que is a new style of sandwich that is shorter and skinnier. It was filled with a good amount of char siu meat and veggies.
Based on the quality of these items, I’d come back to try their regular bánh mì if I was in the area and craving it.

New ownership opened 6/9/2024. Running a great special buy 2 get 1 free. So we got 3 sandwiches for $17. Recommend the bbq pork and meatball over the house special. Only 2 tables so take your food to go. Thick crispy baguettes. My partner says they put something in it for flavor he hasn’t had on others and loves it. Said it’s one of the better spots in the area and will be the go-to place until we find another. Helps it is open later than other shops nearby. Also serve boba, Thai iced tea, and other beverages
