I walked in with a brand new 5gallon container, & asked if I could kindly rinse it before using, I did put a dash of baking soda inside and he said he would charge me to pretty much fully rinse, because he was going to use the purified water, I then asked if he had a bathroom I could use so I could avoid having to pay extra, just to rinse out the bottle. He said yes he had one but no I couldn’t use it. So long story short I had to go next door & ask & they were kind enough to bring me some water I ended up using. I have yet to taste the water, so I’m not speaking on quality. But if you as an owner are so Cheap & inconsiderate towards your customer, esp a potentially new one, def rubs me the wrong way. I’ve been to multiple other locations and they always happily & gladly let you rinse out your jugs, WITHOUT trying to charge, & if not the least you could do is let you use their bathroom tF? yea so I def will NOT be coming back & supporting a person of this nature.
