Was wandering the mall and got hungry for breakfast . Unsurprisingly there were very limited selection for breakfast and we stumbled upon this little Mira Mesa gem hidden between all the big dining restaurants in the mall. We ordered two taiwanese breakfast sandwiches (one spam, egg, cucumber and the other with Canadian bacon, egg, cucumber), a strawberry creme bubble waffle, and hot tea. The breakfast sandwiches were divine. The eggs were fried just right (the yolk not super runny but also not dry), with perfect seasoning, the mayo they use was just enough to help soften and flavor the sandwich, the bread was fluffy (they remove the crust the bread too), the cucumber slices were fresh, and the meats were griddle fried just enough. They plate the sandwich very nicely. They were both delicious and we demolished them asap. It was refreshing and not overly heavy for a good start of the day. The breakfast also came with sliced fruits although ours was a little sour at the time (not surprising since they were out of season fruits). The bubble waffle was great too, a little messy since the creme melted more as time went on, but waffle itself was yummy with just enough sweetness to go with my sandwich. Each of the above items were cheap too! They also have a nice selection of hot teas to choose from (paid). The service was wonderful, the workers super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has tons of wall plugs and wifi for their customers.

The owner was friendly and my breakfast was tasty! The farm omelette was densely packed, the fruit was fresh, and the hash brown was slightly crispy. They also have board games and the halloween decorations were a nice touch.Would definitely come back to try some of their other foods.

I enjoyed my Rose Garden Green Tea! The Avocado Toast flight is perfect for when I feel indecisive. My lil one loves the Nutella Taiyaki.
I have been here a few times and everything has been better than expected. Delicious food and great beverages. The Taiwanese Breakfast sandwich was really good.
This was our first experience with Vietnamese snow ice and it will absolutely become a regular thing nowHighly recommended, and they sell excellent coffee, too!
Amazing! I love this place so much! The desserts are ridiculously delicious! There is a lot of creativity invested in that desert place. They even have table games while you are waiting for your order. It’s a very nice and pleasant place. I can’t wait to take my niece there!
The desserts are good, but take the political extremism off the screens. Especially when it’s a channel known for lies.

Food is mid, their Halo Halo was good but I got a strawberry breezer and it was just green tea with two sad strawberries in it you’re better off going somewhere else if you get any transparent type of drink check it for flies. Their little box with the cookies and other treats had fruit flies crawling around and their counter had flies crawling around it. My strawberry breezer had a dead fruit fly in it, you can say I’m lying but just be careful when you get stuff from here. Atleast the employees were nice.
They offer breakfast daily here starting at 7 AM, and have a wide variety of great options (avocado toast, eggs benedict, omelettes, pancakes, french toast, etc)! The guy at the counter, who was also the cook, was really nice and attentive. I got the veggie omelette with hash browns, as well as 1 blueberry pancake (he was nice and charged me for 1 single, off menu).Everything was delicious and nicely plated. The pancakes are a little bit denser, but still moist. Prices are super reasonable (my whole breakfast was $16 before tax and tip), and I'll definitely be coming back!
My boyfriend loves this place so much that between gigantic bites of his breakfast burrito he says "Mak sur u leab a good gobu rebiew" also the Lavender dreams ice tea is bomb! And the staff is really really nice. <3
