Grabbed a quick lunch here. The food was good but not amazing. Stromboli was not fully warmed up which after reading other reviews looks like happened to more people than just me. The dough was very tasty though. Their pasta and other dishes look pretty good but not for the price. Haven't tried it though so don't quote me on that.

I got food poisoning from their Stromboli, I think they leave it out longer than they should. Guy who cooked it did a bad job too, as I found it to be mostly cold, even when I ate it right after he heated it up in the oven. Don't waste your time here, everything else in this food court is better, and likely way fresher. Literally their whole menu just sits out under a heat lamp, and then they reheat it. What's more, even aside from being cold, my Stromboli didn't taste very good either. Their red sauce is way too watery.

The food was good just like any other Sbarros, unfortunately though they are charging way more than any other sbarros, online it says a large 14 inch pizza is 12.99 and I cross referenced all the other locations to confirm, this one though was not in the online ordering system yet probably cause they just opened, when I ordered 2 pizzas I was surprised to find out it was 54$ like that is double the price of the pizzas at the other location located in San Diego, so that was shocking. Also when calling in the rep answerd the phone as if she wasn’t expecting a customer to call in like she replied with “hello” with a confused tone like is this not sbarros.

Awful company to work for. The managers will let you be verbally assaulted by coworkers and customers and do nothing about it. The GM lets his employees treat customers anyway they want. Im honestly shocked the West Town location is still opened.
