Horrific customer service, incapable of answering emails or phone calls.
This is the not the original fugde place they went out of business. This is a new owner, Very disappointed with this shop.
The owner isn’t very friendly plus they don’t weight the fudge, so you can get less for one set price
Chocolate frozen bananas were good, as well as the loaded mango and Reese's milkshake

The fudge was hard and stale. The fudge is in lumps and they keep it exposed to the air so the outside was crunchy. Fudge should be soft. It really was the worst fudge I have eaten. It seems like it a a dessert store, not a fudge shop.

I've been to Seaport Fudge Factory so this was a first. However something happened recently that not only affects them but also another business. They participate with an app called To Good To Go. The app has a great concept, however some businesses are making the app look bad by being ignorant and irresponsible. TGTG is responsible for helping take care of food waste. You can look it up.
My problem is, December 27th, 2024 they had a post on the app. I had been visiting friends in North Park and figured I wouldn't make it in time by bus. So I paid $21.00 for a Lyft to get there. When I get there the young girl working says, "oh we don't have that tonight". I said, why would you post if you don't have it? She says, I can give you a bar. I'm not sure what a bar is, so I ask. So I asked if there were other flavors. She hands me a small white bag and I walk away. I look in the bag and I'm shocked. One chocolate bar with nuts, about 2" x 4". This was $3.99 plus tax. I did eat it. It was average, I could have done better at Ralph's which earlier in the day, I paid $3.99 for a great piece of cake. I sent a photo of this to my friend and she said, "that looks like a turd with corn in it."
TGTG concept is great for people on a fixed income, seniors and such. So STOP posting if you are not legit and only looking for free advertising!!! I've now been burned by 3 locations in different ways in just a week. And these 3 transactions are the only ones I've done. Now I'm considering deleting the app.
Happy Holidays Seaport Fudge Factory and thank you!
The other 2 locations are Hob Nob Hill and Brooklyn Pizza which I will post a review on their spots as well.
I was considering deleting the app. But why? It's not their fault these businesses are ignorant and lack responsibility. So instead, I'm going to review each one I try!

They have yummy sweet treats ane coffee, but they didn’t get our order right I asked him for a white mocha Frappuccino blended decaf with almond milk and with whip cream and then they didn’t give me whipped cream or decafed and I ordered a cookie along with it and I asked for a chocolate chip, but they gave me carrot cake. This place is Great overall.

Got the dole whip, but it wasn't whipped at all. More like eating frozen pineapple than eating pineapple soft serve.
This place is amazing. The staff go about and beyond to make sure that the quality of product is fresh and the customer service is on point. Thanks for all your seevice.
Dole whip pineapple (with cherry) is always the best. Pricey but so is the rest of San Diego.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are tolerated here. I saw a little kid put a dirty piece of chewed gum in his mouth from the ground.

This place is a gem, and the owner is so passionate about what she does and it really shows in her craft. The desserts are just as delicious as they are beautiful! Love this place!

Sweets and treats galore at the Seaport Fudge Factory!
We were walking through Seaport Village and found this little sweet tooth haven full of ice creams, fudge, cotton candy, and my favorite sweet treat, caramel/chocolate apples.
Service was so sweet and polite and she even offered to slice my caramel apple for me. Great stop if you're hankering for a treat!

Horrible service. Incredibly rude staff. Less than mediocre soft serve with stale cone (not sure how you can mess that up). Go to Ben and Jerry’s next door.

Stopped here for a quick sweet treat! Got the churro Sunday! Ice cream is creamy and sweet with the crunch of the churros was a perfect combination! They don’t have specific seating so you just find a spot to eat your treat! Many open tables with a live band playing! Will be coming again!
The treats here are amazing! The fudge is perfectly treat, the marshmallow and cake pops are so tasty! Have had lovely conversations with the owner. A kind and hard working woman, great customer service. Satisfy your sweet tooth here!
