Over charging for items. Definitely below average desserts, signs, facility, staff. And above average prices on entire menu. Don’t support price gouging especially for mediocre items.

This place is amazing! High quality ingredients, extremely warm and welcoming staff, family-owned, and incredible desserts. We got the churro sundae (with fresh churros made to order), Dubai chocolate strawberry cup (great quality chocolate and super fresh strawberries), and an Oreo caramel apple. Everything was soooooo good, even the soft serve tasted better than any soft serve I’ve had before. I’m going back today to try more confections before heading to the airport. 10/10 choice if you’re looking for a sweet treat in SD.

Nice little sweet treat after enjoying food around it. I got the mango flavored dole float. It was good but I wasn’t blown away. A bit expensive at $14 for what it is.

I understand that things change over time but what has happened to this corner stone of sea port village is disgraceful. They went from having a huge selection of fudge to about 8-10 different flavors. You used to be able to go into the store and select all kinds of different fudge and chocolate snacks. I have to say I was extremely disappointed to see how not only sea port fudge factory has gone from a fun family shop to just another overpriced shop but how sea port village has gone down hill as well. What a disappointment.

Tried this Dubai strawberry cup and it wasn't great at all. It was pretty small cup and it will cost you $18.35. Not worth the price, so save your money for something else more tastier than this.

Finally got my hands on this Dubai Chocolate I’ve been seeing off instagram and I couldn’t be more pleased!!! They also have fresh strawberry cups with the Dubai Chocolate ingredients drizzled right over them. A little pricey but Delicious and very Satisfying.

Got the loaded mango Sunday, it was very spicy! My son didn’t don’t like it, I asked if they could make something else, she said just throw it away and pay again…very poor customer service. Would not recommend it

They charged different prices than those listed on the menu...then said it was a surcharge? But when pressed the Manager said whip cream is an extra $1.50 on your shake even if you didnt ask for it? She also said they have lots of customers that do not speak English? Which made no sense as we do? They dont tell you the prices are different than their listed menu. Dont go here!
